Welcome to this fully renovated 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on the elite Isle of Palms. Perfect for families or groups, this spacious single-family home offers luxurious amenities, including a private hot tub, billiards room, and two laundry rooms. The house combines modern finishes with coastal charm, making it an ideal place to create unforgettable beach memories.

Features:
Living Area:
The open-concept living area features ample seating, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Watch your favorite movie or game on one of the many televisions or enjoy the sunset in the bright sunroom.

Kitchen:
The fully renovated kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with modern appliances, a separate ice maker, and plenty of space to cook meals with family. The large dining table is perfect for gathering and enjoying meals together in a beautifully decorated space.

Bedroom #1: Queen-size bed
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed
Bedroom #3: Twin over twin bunk bed
These bedrooms share a full bathroom.

We loved this property! We spent the month of February with our 2 dogs and enjoyed our time even more than I expected. The kitchen is very well stocked and we didn't end up needing any of the extra kitchen supplies we brought. The bathrooms were nice/updated. The beds are comfy and bedding was all clean and fresh. The washer/dryer is on the smaller side but cleaned our clothes very well. The location is also unbeatable, a block from beach access (although that meant our dogs dragged us in that direction daily). We were working remotely and the house had plenty of space to set up workstations for that. February is a bit off season. Though we did hit the 70s on a few occasions, high 50s were the typical.

Great location

House was clean, neighborhood off the main road but still within walking distance to the park, beach and very short drive to stores/food etc. Highly recommend for a family reunion!

We had a great stay with 3 generations of family. The house has great spaces to spread out. The beach is a very short walk and the neighborhood is nice. Would definitely stay again!!

Great Stay!

Stayed here with friends and had an amazing experience! Owners were quick with communication and were super helpful and personable. The house is very spacious with plenty of rooms to fit large groups. We loved how we were walking distance to the beach and local shops. We also liked how we were not far from the bride so downtown Charleston was a short ride away. Would definitely recommend!

Family beach vacation

We got the family together to enjoy the beach and Charleston Beer Festival for a weekend and this house was a wonderful base of operations. It is spacious, well appointed, clean, and large enough to accommodate our hoard of kids. We had a blast! Thank you for hosting us!

Wonderful experience!

Great house

We had 15 stay. The house was clean and had lots of spaces for people to hang out or be together. Short walk to the beach. Hot tub was a hit. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back

Fantastic!

We absolutely loved this property! It was super close to the beach, and in a great neighborhood close to everything you could need. The pictures also do not do the house justice... it feels 10 Times bigger when you are there in person. Nice work!

Awesome family vacation

Property was clean and well equipped. Hot water heater went out but there were two so we just used the other bathroom. First primary mattress was very hard. We had a wonderful time.

Family reunion

Property was amazing. Better than pictured. Hot tub was not working they responded and ordered parts to fix it and compensated us for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was newly renovated and the finishing/furnishing were great. I would just add some towel hooks in some of the bathrooms. Other than that it was an awesome place to stay.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home that on line pictures did not do it justice. Super clean in a peaceful safe neighborhood. We loved IOP and hope to visit again. We cooked a lot for our large family and could have used more pots, but the neighbors were great and shared.

We were impressed in all aspects of our Sandy Cheeks rental home. The home was uniquely decorated, clean, roomy for our group of 17. The location was perfect… 2 blocks to the beach & 2 blocks to the park & Pickleball court. The only thing that we were a bit disappointed in is we had requested a couple more pillows and a set of new sheets but did not get them till late the 3rd day.

The property management was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was very clean inside and very spacious. The outside needs some upkeep, we had to wipe down all the chairs, and some of the pavers are loose. Right at the bottom of the stairs a section is very loose and one of the guest rolled his angle on it. Turned out to be a very bad sprain. So that should be taken care of. The shower curtain in the bathroom needs to be replaced. It’s a great location and a great house just needs attention to those few things.
