South Anchorage MODERN Studios are designed for your comfort and convenience, Our Standard Suite come with Full size kitchen, glass induction stove top and refrigerator, Luxury Ceramic tile custom bathroom. Some of our studios offer a charming view of Mountains. All Studios come with 42" Smart HDTV and High-Speed Internet, Cookware, Bedding, Towels, Bath Products Body Wash and Shampoo, with all utilities included. We have coffee maker and filters in the suites; however, you will need to bring the type of coffee you prefer with you.
Our Smart TV offer screaming APPS only you will need to have a Amazon, Hulu or Netflix account when you arrive. You will need a Amazon Account for the Smart TV and we prefer you bring your own coffee we will provide the coffee maker and filter. Free washer and dryer on site with secure entry building and outside deck.

Quick girl's trip

We came for a quick shopping trip to Anchorage and this location was easy for all our Uber drivers to find. It was clean, quiet, and just what we needed!

Perfect Place to Base Anchorage Exploration

Great place to stay. There are several units in the complex. Parking was easy. We had everything we needed to rest before exploring the area. The hosts were very responsive and helpful (even when I asked dumb questions :-). We would absolutely stay there again.

We would like to thank Wilson for everything. He was welcoming, pleasant, helpful. The unit we stayed at was very clean, all the things we needed were there from bathroom to kitchen to dining supplies. It was a little warm in the room even with the ceiling fan on but when we opened the window we were okay.

The owner, Wilson, was great to work with. Not only was our room very clean and nice, but he also picked us up at the airport at 1:30 am and took us back at 3:30 pm the following week in one of 3 rental cars he owned and made available to guests if they wanted. Renting it from him was a lot cheaper than any other car rental places. Our room had a full size fridge and everything we needed to cook meals in our room. Also free washer and dryers were available to use. We highly recommend this lodging!!

Very well equipped and laid out. Spacious. Extremely clean. Owner is very helpful. Comfortable bed and pillows. Gas and food are nearby. Easy drive to downtown. To the one side of the property is a roofing company, so not so great to look at, but the mountains are. Construction noise for the road and a subdivision was going on. But we have the same going on at home!

It was hot. We open the window. The view wasnt quite the pictures that i saw on line. Didnt see all the stuff around the neighborhood. The bed was like a piece of plywood. Wilson was very nice over the text messages. The stove was confusing. But we were only there for that evening. Didnt plan on getting in that late. We were starving. That was a little difficult But we dont travel very much. The places we go to is places weve use to. But wilson seem really nice and tried to help has thru the process

I only spent one night here but could have spent a week. WILSON the host was most helpful and professional. Short distance from airport and located in a great area of Anchorage . Easy check in and check out. Property was clean and well-kept. Excellent correspondence with host.

Great Place

Get trip insurance!

The room itself was quaint. The property is adjacent to construction and the owner informed us of the extended work permit a couple weeks before our stay but indicated that it shouldn’t disturb sleeping hours. Unfortunately, we had a wedding guest fall seriously ill a week ahead of the stay, so we asked the owner if the would be willing to re-list the property given the demand for housing during the busy season in Alaska. We were willing to pay the full fare, but were hoping someone might have the chance to snatch it up and we could recoup some of the fee. They said it was too late to re-list and that the cancellation policy was there for a reason, which we understood. We didn’t use it for the first half of the rental period but had another guest who was able to use it for the second half, which the owner approved. Upon the guest’s arrival the door was already open, but no one was in the room and the lock worked, so they stayed. Lesson learned, get the trip insurance!
