Perfect for a team

This home was absolutely perfect for our volleyball team. It had plenty of beds, bathrooms and space for our team and was located not far from our tournament location. I would absolutely rent this again for personal use in the future.

fantastic condo in St George

great 5 bedroom condo in the heart of St George! Location is great if you want to ride or hike right from your doorsteps! Good for large families; golf or mountain biking trips!

Beautiful Home

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! The home was well-stocked and clean, and we really enjoyed the simple self check in process. The neighborhood is great and never rowdy. We would highly recommend this home to another group.

Perfect location for a family get together

The location was perfect and the size accommodated everyone well. The property manager was good to communicate with and responded quickly. I was less impressed with the overall cleanliness. The bathrooms and linens were clean, but under beds and corners looked like they were pretty ignored. The upstairs bathtub also didn't drain well, so that bathtub didn't function for those on that level.

Could be better.

Great location. Fun pickleball courts. Great comfortable beds.Cleanliness was not great. Needs deep cleaning. And several maintenance issues.Host assured these things would be taken care of, so if they are taken care of this would be a great place to stay.

Privacy and Family Time

What we loved most was the opportunity for privacy even though we had our large family staying all together. The en-suite bathrooms were so helpful. We were able to all get ready for a wedding with comfort. The kitchen and living area allowed for awesome gathering time with seating enough for everyone. The pickleball courts out back were in perfect proximity and not busy. The only drawbacks were neighbors playing loud music at night and dirty dishes and pans in the cupboards. We had to wash everything before using. Also there was no laundry soap to get the towels washed and we had to buy extra toilet paper, dish scrubbers and garbage bags as well. Overall it was great for our needs. Just a little annoying to deal with the other things.

Perfect in every way

The town house was perfect for our family get together July 16th - 19th. We had 2 teenagers and 5 adults. Everyone had their own space with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The location was great for our Tuacahn plays. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon which was located just across the street. We are already planning our trip for next year and hoping to stay in the same unit.

Pretty Great house

This house is really a great place to stay. It is nice and big. I love how many bathrooms it has, it made things very convenient. Really my only complaint was that they only give tou like 1 roll of toilet paper besides the one on the roll....that is crazy. We had 16 people and were home alot. I dont think its too much to ask to have enough toilet paper for the 4 days we were there. Also, some laundry soap and dryer sheets cuz we needed to wash towels a couple times and so we had to buy that as well. I know this seems minor, but just a simple thing could make our stay a little better. It really is a nice house and well taken care of and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway

Great place. Quiet neighborhood. Pretty easy to get to. Google or Apple Maps kind of suck for direction but the host gave great directions. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location & lots of space!

Location was close to many areas. We had a range of people, ages 16 -50 and everyone had their own space. Unit was very clean and spacious.

Fabulous St George Townhome Experience

We've stayed at many places in St George, but this one was my family's absolute favorite. So many great things about it. The three master bedrooms + kids bunk room, a 5th bedroom, two hangout areas, multiple banconies, and 4.5 baths made this place perfect for my family as we attended a local dance competition. This place was clean and well maintained. We also loved the pool and hot tub super close by. JP, our host, communicated quickly with any questions I had. He reached out to me when I left something behind and went out of his way to help me make arrangements to get it back to, which was above and beyond. I'm grateful for excellent hosts like JP who care about their guests.

Great property

This property worked great for us. We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. The property manager was great--we discovered we didn't have a remote for a tv in one of the bedrooms and we alerted the PM and had a remote right away. The place was clean, and spacious. The pool being heated was nice bonus as my kids were able to swim even though it was fairly chilly outside. The kitchen had the basics for cooking and it has a grill outside. The grill was a little beat up, but still worked for what we needed. We would stay here again with no hesitation.

Enjoyed every day

Very comfortable house and quiet neighborhood. Could do with a few more items in the kitchen (given the number of people who can stay there - 5 bedrooms). Only 6 cups for coffee and not many glasses. Plates and bowls were plentiful. A few more serving dishes would have been useful
