Welcome to Casa Limon; a private home with private pool set in a garden oasis in the best location in Bucerias’ Golden Zone. The beach is a block away and restaurants, galleries and shops are at your doorstep.

By day, enjoy private sitting areas on the tiered property, shaded by mature palms, and surrounded by lush tropical gardens; relax by the gardens watching hummingbirds feed on bird of paradise flowers, stretch out in a comfortable lounge chair on the sunny pool deck, chill on the front courtyard watching the slow pace of a beach town pass by, or grab the chairs and umbrella and venture down to enjoy miles of flat perfectly sandy beach. In the evening, enjoy the rustic pueblo style kitchen, BBQ, and outdoor living and dining, or walk to the dozens of shops, art galleries, bistros, cantinas, fine dining options, and live music venues, all within a short stroll down cobblestone streets.

Two large upscale North American standard grocery stores are close by: one is a 10-minute walk and the other is a five-minute taxi ride. For a more authentic experience, check out the Sunday morning outdoor market; only a five-minute walk away, stock up on local vegetables and fruits including papaya, mangoes, watermelon and pineapple. An excellent butcher shop is at the top of the hill (five-minute walk) and the ‘pescaderia’ (fishmonger) is just down the street offering local shrimp, tuna steaks, dorado, octopus and more. A small family run bodega (mini grocery/general store) sells everything from tequila, to freshly squeezed juice, to warm tortillas.

One of the iconic homes of old Bucerias. Only 25 minutes from the airport in Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias is a relaxed beachside town. After a day at the beach and the pool, stroll the cobblestone streets, eating and drinking in small family run restaurants with only a dozen tables. Bucerias is completely safe, even at night.

Can’t beat the location!

The location of this property was fantastic! Easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and cafes.The home itself is quite spacious and feels very private. With the windows open, and the ceiling fans turned on, the living spaces were very comfortable. The A/C in the bedrooms made sleeping quite pleasant.The pool area is perfect. It felt like a little oasis. The afternoon breezes provide a welcomed relief from the warm sunshine. If you crave a bit more action, the beach is a quick 5 minute walk. The umbrellas and beach chairs provided were a nice additional amenity. While we didn’t do much cooking (there are so many great food options to try!), the kitchen was fully equipped with newer appliances.We loved our stay here and would certainly stay again!

Beautiful home, wonderful hosts and perfect location!

We were a group of 6 adults and teens, everyone loved our vacation! The house is beautiful, old Mexican architecture with open air living. Lots of room for everyone and had everything we needed. Close to beach, excellent restaurants and stores but still in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Felt very safe letting the teens wander around town. Hosts were communicative and helpful with local info/advice. Easy to get a taxi up to the surf towns or down to PV, but you’ll have everything you need right here in Bucerias. If you love to ride horses on the beach, this is your place!

Amazing vacation

Casa alimony was more than I had expected. Starting from the host who was very communicative and clear and with all the information that was required. The house was beautiful and clean. The swimming pool was pristine. Everything in the house was very well taken care of and well looked after. My family and I enjoyed our stay very very much and we would go back there again if we went to Puerto Vallarta.

Magical, unique property in the hear of Bucerias

We had two young families stay at this property and we were so pleased with both the layout and accomodations and the house has gorgeous, unique features. The pool is an oasis and fantastic for those that don't want to be in the ocean. The communication was fantastic. We were also stunned by the generousity of Veronica the housekeeper. She was so kind to our children.

Bucerías charm!

For a traditional Mexican casita with plenty of space, a wonderful pool and great location, look no further! We were two families with young children that stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The main thing I’d say could be improved upon is the holes in the screens and some sort of curtains in the upstairs room.

The owner was very kind and very responsive. We had the best time and loved being under the same roof with all our friends. Thank you for the cold Pacifico in the refrigerator when we arrived. We will ve back.

Fantastic Home in Bucerias

The house is centrally located, the area is absolutely wonderful and close to all of our favorite restaurants and the perfect beach. The patio/pool area is absolutely stunning! You feel very secluded and isolated from the hustle and bustle of the street, it is a very peaceful and relaxing property. We had a wonderful time and the maid (Vanessa) was fantastic. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 2 weeks and loved the property. There is construction in the area but the noise was tolerable. So much to do in the area but we always had the beach or pool calling us !!

Good overall, but could be great

We stayed here for a month starting in mid October 2023. The area is wonderful, tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Of course the beach just 2 blocks away. The house is a classic style and has lots of little areas to sit in an relax in. The kitchen is ample for those who want to cook. The pool is probably the star of the show, big enough for the whole crew and well landscaped. The cleaning lady and pool tech both did wonderful jobs, and everything was kept pristine. The one thing that caused our party to be less enthusiastic was the lack of AC in all bedrooms. To be fair, it's not advertised that way, so our fault for not reading more carefully. That said, it was 90+ degrees F in the upstairs room, which does not have AC, at night. Even the downstairs room w/o AC caused some of our guests to sweat through the night. By contrast the two rooms with AC were great. Adding AC to other two bedrooms would be an improvement that could really bring the property up and we'd happily book again were it made.

A little slice of nice

This property was amazing for our stay. It was close to the beach (less than 5 minute walk on cool cobblestones) and easy to find restaurants around. The rooms were great, the pool even better, what a fantastic retreat.

Over all good

My family and I stayed at this wonderful property. Location is great but the property it self was a little dirty. There was a film of dust through out the property. Floors were not clean and the pool area was worn. The last issue is there were two AC units but neither operated correctly. I think with a little more care the property would have been perfect. The host though was very kind and tried to communicate with us. I thank him for that.

Beautiful place and great location

It is a beautiful property and having your own private pool is great! Location is close to everything, coffee shops, restaurants, market and beach. It was fairly hot in June when we went and we couldn’t use the upstairs, it was too hot to sleep. However, I would highly recommend this house!!

Bucerias Delight!!

Usually stay in downtown Vallarta, decided to change things up and get a house with a pool away from downtown. Couldn't have been happier. House was amazing, (old school charm), clean, well furnished and very livable. The pool was the icing on the cake, and is where you will spend the majority of your time. We are already working on next years trip and will be spending more time in Bucerias and Casa Limon!!!!

Home Away from Home!

Our family LOVED Casa Limon! From the moment we booked the house the owner was a fabulous communicator providing a wealth of information and support. The support staff were kind and efficient going out of their way to keep us comfortable. The house is set up well for a family. We had two small babies with us and felt right at home. We all loved the pool and the location could not have been better. The nightly rate was fair and in-line with similar rentals. You can’t go wrong booking this property. Thank you Scott and family for welcoming us to your family home.

An Authentic Home

Everything about our stay from start to finish was fantastic. A beautiful home in the heart of Bucerias. What a quaint friendly and authentic neighborhood. Communication with the owner could not have been easier. Highly recommend!

Magnificent!

The house is beautiful and comfortable! We had 7 adults and one infant, everyone had plenty of space. There are several spots for sitting and relaxing. One of my favorites was the top floor balcony which looks over the street, Star gazing, people watching soaking up the sun! Kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. We ended up eating out every night because the restaurants were so tempting! We made some great breakfasts! Our favorite coffee place was jojos right around the corner. The house is in such a great location, we walked everywhere. We didn’t miss not having a car at all. The pool was beautiful, perfect spot to spend time with the family. Water was the perfect temp and it is salt water! Our host was responsive and we all felt like he genuinely wanted us to enjoy his home and the Bucierias experience as much as he does, we all certainly did! Literally a perfect house in a perfect spot with accommodating , perfect hosts!

We had the most amazing time in Bucerias. The location of the home, the pool and the house it’s self was a great Mexico trip. Scott went out of his way to make sure our group trip was the best it could be. We will definitely rent his home again.

A beautiful villa in Bucerias

Casa Limon is a wonderful place to relax and a great location to explore from. Our check in was seamless. The manager was waiting upon our arrival with keys and did a great job making sure we knew where everything was. The saltwater pool was a welcome relief from the heat and felt very private. Scott was easy to reach when we had questions and his welcome letter was incredibly detailed. We referenced it often. I would certainly stay again and won’t hesitate to recommend to others looking for an awesome place to stay in Nayarit. Our only regret was not staying longer.
