Freshly renovated and ready for summer fun! Relax and dine alfresco on the huge deck with a dining area and a lounge area, and then roast marshmallows by the fire in the private back yard. Walk to the State Park public beach or ride two blocks to the TART trail. You can cruise into downtown TC or head in the other direction to the VASA trail. BYOB Bring your own bike.

This is a great space-super cute and close to the bay, shopping, and area attractions. Plenty of space for me and my three adult children. Highly recommend.

This was an excellent property. Location was incredible and the space itself was comfortable, clean and had lots of small details that are often overlooked at short term rentals. The only thing that would have made it perfect would be a dishwasher haha! But that’s 100% on me since I didn’t pay attention when booking. We would absolutely stay here again!

Second stay!

We enjoyed our second stay at this cute house. Close to beaches, Front street restaurants, and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and great for families, close to a grocery store plaza. The backyard has a great deck and a few games and lots of room to run around. The house has 2 bathrooms and lots of sleeping options. As a big family, I love having a washer/dryer on site and a full kitchen for easy meals. Towels and a few beach toys are available as well. We will be back again, I'm sure!

Perfect Haven for Friends Reunion

We enjoyed catching up on the deck while having coffee and breakfast, visiting nearby wineries, spending the day at the beach, and shopping! Great location and beautiful remodeled house. Lots of small, welcoming touches for travelers. Would definitely return!

Perfect for a girls trip!

Great House Great Owner Great Location

My wife and I scheduled a last minute getaway for husband our 3 adult children and it was perfect. Super clean, highly responsive owner, and it was just a short drive to downtown. It’s a great rental if you want to do a wine tour, relax, day trip, or simply grill and chill on the deck.

Traverse City Michigan

Jaclyn was one of the most response owners I have dealt with. We are an elderly couple and she allowed our Son to come in ahead of us and stock the house with groceries. We really enjoyed the deck and grill having family gatherings.

Great quiet place to stay in TC

House was very well appointed, clean, convenient and enjoyable! Deck and backyard were very lovely - had some dinners there, roasted marshmallows, played lawn game. It was conveniently located just a short drive to downtown, easy access to Old Mission Peninsula, etc. TART biking trail is nearby and our family took advantage of that too! We listened to owner’s recommendations about places to eat and were very glad we did! Thank you for the lovely time in TC!

Fantastic Find!

We could not have asked for a more ideal spot to spend a few days! From amenities to location to the overall coziness and cleanliness, this place was fantastic! Jaclyn was a great host, very accommodating. If you are heading to the Traverse City area and looking for a great spot to stay, this certainly makes the top of my list!

Great stay in TC!

This house was a great fit for our family of 6! Three bedrooms and 4 beds gave us a few sleeping options for our kids. The backyard is gorgeous and surrounded by trees, home to some wildlife. We saw lots of birds and even a mama deer and her two fawns. The kitchen has all you need, the coffee maker is a pod-style/by the cup. Walking distance to a playground on the beach and ice cream. Easy communication with the host and overall would recommend to others.

We booked this property unfortunately not for pleasure reasons but because my husband needed major heart surgery and we live 2hrs away the owners of the property were absolutely amazing to work with the home was clean, properly well-stocked and overall a wonderful experience I couldn't have picked a better place to relax between hospital visits

Perfect house for a TC weekend!

Have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. The house was clean & more spacious than it appeared in photos. They had everything we needed as far as kitchen items, paper towel, etc. Jaclyn was amazing to work with. I have rented soo many vacation homes and she made the whole process by far the easiest and most laidback. I almost don't want to recommend this place because then it will get all booked up but after going to TC for years to vacation, this house was perfect location and quality wise. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Perfect getaway for our family

We had a perfect stay at this house, which is perfect for a family getaway. It has a nice backyard to spend the evenings at the fire pit and is close to many nice places in the Traverse City area (you need a car though). The communication with the host was outstanding too.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay here- the house was super clean and many details clearly thought out for families with young children. Location was perfect! Walking distance to the public beach, minutes from the airport and downtown, and easy drive out to places like the sleeping bear dunes for day trips. Highly recommend!

Convenient location with up-north feel

This rental is located a few miles away from downtown TC (if you'd rather avoid the summer crowds there, which we did), but very convenient to other city amenities. We were able to walk to Culver's, the beach, the local grocery store (Tom's), adventure golf, two Little Free Libraries, and a bike rental shop. Stops for the free BATA shuttle to downtown are also close by. The house itself is clean and welcoming. My favorite feature was the backyard. It's large, and features lots of mature pine and oak trees, several seating areas, a firepit, and a hammock my two teenagers loved to lounge in. The tree-filled view out the kitchen window was very enjoyable as we washed dishes each night. Private pilots, take note: the house is only a mile and a half from the FBO on the north side of Cherry Capital Airport.

Quiet Vacation home in East Bay Village

This was honestly the perfect spot to get away from the stress of work. I’m a Realtor and work this year has been brutal! This quiet little home offered a peaceful spot to unwind close to the restaurants down town and and all the great area beaches. Not to mention the living room space and fast internet helped keep me in touch with my clients over the weekend!

Family Week-end

This property is in a great location. Walking distance to the State Beach and close to everything you need. The house was clean and decorated nicely, rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Jaclyn was an awesome host. I would love to stay here again if in the area.

This is such a perfect location for enjoying all that TC has to offer. You can walk to the state park beach or ride your bike a block to the TART trail and take it into downtown tc. We are a 3 minute drive into downtown and 5 minutes to the wineries on Old Mission.

The outdoor space is truly what makes our place special. Situated on a private, wooded triple lot for a true "up north" experience. Enjoy your coffee on the private deck every morning and cook dinner on the gas grill. Relax in a hammock after you return from the State Park beach, which is a short walk away. Traverse City is open and ready for you to enjoy all that our city by the bay has to offer. Summer time in Northern Michigan has arrived early! Come on up.
