Beautiful beach themed home in gated community, close to everything!
Resort style living at its best! This home is located in the highly sought after gated community at Sandoval Cape Coral. Fully furnished, beach themed home with lake view in back yard! Three (3) bedrooms with four (4) total beds (One king, one queen, two twin). In home wifi and streaming television included. Ideal location, located minutes to Matlacha. Also minutes to Sun Splash family water park. Right next door is a 24 hole golf course. A short drive to the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island and Captiva Island. The community boasts a resort style pool with a waterslide, and kids splash area. Also in the community are basketball courts, tennis courts, pickle board courts, bocce ball, shuffle board, frisbee golf, and a fitness center. The community has over two miles of jogging/walking/biking paths that wind through and overlook beautiful lakes and wildlife. There is also a fishing pier conveniently located in the community. Surfside shops are in walkable distance from the home as well!

I bought this property in 2021, to provide a place to stay for my parents during part of the winter, and for other family when it is not rented. Upon coming to Cape Coral, I immediately fell in love with the community and all that it has to offer. It is family friendly, quiet, and safe!

As you watch the sun go down by the lake in the back yard, you can enjoy wonderful sunset views, along with the unique tropical birds that flock to the lake!
