Lovely Ocean Front Condo 680 sqft. 1 bedroom 1 bath sleep 4. 1 Out door 1 in door pool open. Hot tub, Gym And Sauna open.Nice spacious balcony facing the Ocean, separate bedroom from Living and dining, Living Room has a sofa bed, Swivel Chair and Recliner, a large window with Ocean Front View from Living and kitchen. Across the street from Bellair Plaza., Shopping, groceries, Restaurants, Walgreen and more. This condo is in the Daytona Beach Resort, one of the nicest one in Daytona Beach. I fell in love with this place and now I own 3 condos in this building and my residence is a few blocks down the road. The garage and tiki bar not open due to hurricane damages Beach access around building. Garage still not open parking at front very limited first come first serve, additional parking across the street in the Bellair Plaza. And South parking lot

Great place to stay

The unit was in a great location near the shopping center and is Ocean view as advertised. Unit is well stocked . The owner Maria was so attentive and responsive. Maria made sure my wife and I had all we needed to enjoy our stay. We will be staying there again. Thanks again Maria!

Perfect for all ages!!

Myself, daughter and 2 granddaughters stayed here. We had the best vacation in years!! We usually go to Disney, but this was so enjoyable we are talking about making it a summer ritual.

Great!

The owner Maria was so sweet and accommodating. She met us at the rental and checked us in personally. The condo was very clean and has everything you need. I would most definitely rent from her again.

Perfect Getaway

Maria was a wonderful host. She met us at the property to show us around. She offered to get us anything we needed, but the condo was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. The balcony was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The location was great with many stores across the street. We can't wait to stay again!!!

Great condo

This condo was very nice. Most in the complex are studio, but this one is one bedroom. Early risers can have their coffee and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean while late sleepers snooze behind a closed door. Bring soap and shampoo. (We’d been staying in hotels lately and forgot ours). No worries if you do, there’s a shopping center right across the street with a Walgreens, Publix, stores and restaurants. The condo is cute and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. You could truly park your car when you get here and not get back in it until it’s time to go home. Maria checks you in personally, shows you around and tells you all you need to know. We’d stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great Stay in Northern Daytona Beach

Had a wonderful stay during an event weekend (Rockville 2022). Everything was as pictured and no issues during the stay, informational folder in the living room was a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay a little further (but not too far) from the busier areas of Daytona Beach.

Very nice stay

Very nice stay. Having 2 queen beds was a major plus. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, pools, and Tiki bar. Maria was very communicative and accommodating. The condo was well stocked and met all of our needs. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Best condo we have stayed at in Daytona

We stayed at Maria’s condo this week and let me tell you it felt like home. Maria is super nice and personally meets you at the room to go over everything to make sure you have everything you need. Room is super clean and feels huge. We will definitely be coming back again!! Resort is super nice and clean and the kids loved the outdoor pool. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!! 5 stars
