Seagrove Highlands is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. With its easy access to the beach and close proximity to the shops and restaurants of Seagrove and Seaside, Seagrove Highlands has quickly become one of 30A’s favorite spots!

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

• Parking for 2 Vehicles.

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

House Rules:

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Family vacation

A Wave From It All was perfect. It is a beautiful condo that has a cozy cottage, beach vibe. Everything you need if you want to cook or a great place to come back to and relax on the screened porch. Pool was nice. It’s a little walk to the beach but it wasn’t bad at all.

2024 Spring Break

The property was very nice, clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Unit is nice because it faces the back side, on the second floor and closer to the pool. The website/app had everything we needed and was super useful and we had no issues that we needed to contact the team about. We actually used the pool quite a bit because it was warmer than the beach most days while the sun was out. Was disappointed that our bikes were stolen off the bike rack while locked up but that has nothing to do with the property itself, just a warning for those staying in a big complex to bring your own locks.

Clean and Comfortable

All three couples enjoyed our stay at this clean and Comfortable condo near the beach. We lived how all the towels and toilet paper were nearly tied up with twine in arrival. There was plenty of parking for our three vehicles plus a golf cart. Pool area was spacious but the beach was also only two blocks away. The screened in patio was a nice place to have morning coffee.

Wonderful Family Vacation

“A Wave From It All” is a perfect family vacation! The rooms are very nicely decorated and the palette is beautiful. The kitchen is well-appointed and even has a pantry with small appliances (toaster, blender, hand mixer, for example) tucked away so they’re not cluttering the countertop or island. My son-in-law was thrilled with the French press for his coffee prep. We didn’t need the third bedroom for sleeping, so we stowed the stroller and bags there when not in use. The screened porch is great. The pool is big and very relaxing. Thanks for helping make our stay memorable in Seagrove Beach!

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful vacation! Everything was clean and as expected. Only a minor issue with the back door knob, but was addressed by maintenance immediately. Overall a great place!

Perfect size for small family

Family Vacation

The unit/complex is very nice and clean with a convenient location on 30A. The beach access you use only as a small public beach area with additional area 200 or so yards further down. When we arrived to check in it was discovered that the AC was not working, long story short we spent 2 1/2 days/nights without air making it unbearable to spend any time longer than necessary inside the unit. We had to change our plans for the first couple of days of vacation due to this fact which was very unpleasant. We also found the oven to be very unsafe, the knobs are on the front of the oven and you only have to bump them for the stovetop to turn on...this could be very dangerous especially with small children. The rental company, Kismet, was very helpful and responsive but I was very unsatisfied with the fact that we were only offered a refund of 1 night when the air did not work until late Monday evening, check in was on Saturday. Unfortunately, we will not be renting from them in the future.
