Gorgeously renovated is not accurate .The entry way light was literally hanging out of the ceiling when we walked in and it went down hill from there. This unit needs many repairs . We didn’t have a hot shower the whole stay . The unit wasn’t clean and didn’t even have toilet paper ( less than half a roll in each bathroom ) or wash clothes. Our sleeping pillows were not clean . The ceiling fan in the guest bedroom doesn’t work.We stayed at One Seagrove place last Christmas in another unit that wasn’t available this visit. We had no complaints and wrote a good review. On a positive note the owner made check in easy and responded to our messages about the hot water problem. We will get another unit next Christmas because we really love the location and spectacular view.

We loved this property. Beautiful ocean views, convent location on 30A, lots of parking, friendly staff, great beach and pool. We loved this property.I want to give Debbie a big shoutout for being a great host and communicator. There was an initial issue when we arrived - no fault of Debbie or the property - and Debbie handled it with grace and was super kind and gracious to me and my family. She was great to work with. The kids loved the bunk bed room - it was such a fun setup using the space provided. The living room was so comfortable to relax in after a day at the beach.Space has a few blemishes - nothing detrimental or created any negatives for our stay- , but Debbie was very open that there was still some work being done to get these space in tip top shape.We highly recommend.

Family Vacation

The property/condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and welcoming. When we walked in we felt right at home. Located right on the beach and we'd recommend this property/condo to everyone. The host was gracious, thoughtful and very responsive and accommodating. And last but not least, the view was top notch - Amazing!!

Great location

Our first time staying at this specific condo at one seagrove. So far this was the best one. Great views from the 20th floor and property was very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and kids loved the bunk beds. Condo needs a bit of maintenance but other than that it was perfect.

Nice location

Location is great and it was nice to have two parking spots. We were quite disappointed with the state of the condo but the owner communication was quick and she made helpful adjustments.

Needs repairs

Beds and pillows were SUPER comfortable. Washer and dryer worked GREAT! LOVED having beach chairs to use and nice patio! BEST water pressure in the shower, compared with other condos we’ve stayed at. However, for a completely renovated condo, there were several things that needed repairs. Two overhead sprinklers did not have Sheetrock/facial around them, 2 recessed lights were hanging from the ceiling, spare bath towel holder was off the wall, toilet paper holder was slanted and wouldn’t hold toilet paper, the mirrored doors in the master bedroom were crocked/off the track/didnt slide, the ceiling fan in the spare room couldn’t be used because it was not flush with the ceiling and rocked back and forth creating too much noise, but the worst of the cosmetic issues was the spare bedroom door - the top hinge was either not screwed in all the way or was stripped out from the wall because it was loose causing the door to hang at a slant and not close all the way unless you lifted up on the handle to realign the door (but then the kids could not get out). Need shelves in the bathroom (could add behind the toilet or in the recessed area). Needs a dust pan and larger kitchen trash can. Overall, fabulous stay and great place!

Wonderful spot

It was the perfect spot to rest and re charge. My only surprise (and this in no way reflects on the condo itself because they have no control over it) is the fact that due to beach regulation changes there is no way to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach itself. I did appreciate that she had chairs in the condo for our use as we did not bring our own because we always rent.

Perfect 30a condo with a great view

Wonderful location. The view was unbelievable! Being up so high gave us a wonderful view. The condo is clean, well maintained and has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The teenagers loved the room with bunks. Check in was easy. There was always someone at the front desk.

Very nice place

Views are incredible. NIce furniture on the balcony. The second bedroom which we didn't use was uniquely furnished so allow for more than two children. Excellent communication with owner.

Views Like a cruise ship

Being on the 20th floor means you see the ocean as if you were on the cruise ship without the nuisance of motion sickness. Perfect! Also loved the fact it had an actual shower in the bathroom

Awsome location but need upgrades

This property is a awesome location. One of the downfall was when we walked in it smell of mildew we had to go buy scented candles to hide the strong smell. The stove was very old and some of the burners did not work so you were very limited on cooking. You could only fit 3 people on the sofa which was not comfortable and the 2 chairs were worse. If we would have know this we would have looked at another listing in the same building. If there was some up grades I would come back again. ha

Beautiful View

This was one of our family’s best vacations! We can’t wait to head back for fall break. We love this location with all of our favorite things within walking distance. This was our first stay at One Seagrove Place. We were blown away by the views. Communication with the host was wonderful. Any time I texted, I received a response within a reasonable time. Upon arrival, we did notice the cleanliness of the condo was not great, and we did wash towels and dishes before using them. Our family doesn’t head to the beach to sit in a condo, so we loved being able to walk straight out to the beach.
