This was a wonderful location; the fun part was that it lived up to its name--we really loved watching the pelicans! Our host, Mary, was very patient with our questions and prompt to respond! We don't have a pet and we didn't use the pool. We certainly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental.

When we arrived there were repairs being done to the exterior so men on ladders outside the living area windows. I contacted the owner to make sure this was not planned for the duration of our stay and she jumped on it immediately. She was very concerned we had the relaxing stay we were wanting. They finished work for the day and although there was more work to do they didn’t come back during our stay. I can only assume Mary told the HOA that it wasn’t acceptable

Our POA works diligently to make sure guests are undisturbed and have the safest buildings since we are only 250 yards from the beach. Great communication from special guests like you give us the opportunity to work tirelessly so your vacation is guaranteed to be "RELAXING!"

Great stay

We had a wonderful short stay here with our young family and small dog. The location was perfect for us, and the condo was beautiful and just the right size. We had beach time, our youngest rode a horse on her birthday, and we enjoyed the indoor pool nearby. We would come back!

On the way to Seabrook, the minute you exit Charleston and set out on a road framed by 100 year old oak trees draped in curtains of Spanish moss, it feels like you're driving through to a secluded paradise. And that's exactly what Seabrook is: beautiful, quiet island with clean, private beaches where wildlife abounds. It is impossible to go to Seabrook and not let all your worries be checked at the gate.

One of the best parts of our condo are the sunsets. Living on the East Coast, it's rare you get a chance to watch the sunset over the water but that's exactly what you can enjoy from our deck. It is also directly on the beach so put on a bathing suit, grab a towel, walk out the deck and you are on the beach. No driving and finding parking. No hiking with coolers and beach chairs for miles. Just pure unadulterated ease and relaxation. We are so close to the beach, in fact, that you need not even leave your deck to watch the dolphins, pelicans and sea turtles that are sure to entertain you.
