The beach(only steps away) from rental unit is perfect for sunsets and if you have pets. The main bedroom (bed) very comfortable!! The pass for the clubhouse and Osprey Cafe is amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent!

Perfect as described, few minor issues but owner immediately responded & corrected. This was the most relaxed vacation getaway we have ever had, unit was well stocked & just steps from the beautiful beach. The Amenity cards are slick!

Excellent! Better than the photos!

We had a great stay! The photos do not do the place justice. Everything was great and the host was super nice and easy to communicate with. The unit is probably the most private unit in the complex. We will be back!

Beautiful relaxing spot

Mary’s Pelican Watch condo was the perfect setting for our anniversary getaway. The space was clean, comfortable and well equipped well equipped The location provided easy access to a beautiful sparsely populated beach with breathtaking sunset views. The unit is also just a short walk to the Pelican Watch complex pools and restaurants/bars. Mary provided all the information we needed for smooth check-in and check-out. We are already contemplating our next visit.

Great apartment for a couple on vacation

We walked the beach with our dogs, day and night and enjoyed every meal from the views on the porch. Amazing location to take it all in and relax.

Great view and location.

Unit has classic river views with beautiful sunsets with easy walk to the river. We brought our dog and found Seabrook to be very dog friendly. We will look at this space for the 2025 season.

Wonderful location

The condo was nice - bed and couch very comfortable; everything you need for a nice time at the beach; beautiful sunset views from the back porch. Mary was very helpful and provided more information than I normally receive when renting a vacation place; love the instructions for the remote/TV. Would recommend this place to friends and family.

Fantastic location

We stayed here for a week just myself and my husband while kids were at summer camp. Amazing location with stunning views. Everything you need in the apartment - great to have a king bed and 2 bathrooms. Beach towels not included but the owner did remind us to bring them. Added benefit of amenity access to the club facilities is super. We just loved the beach bar! We will return

Pelican Watch 1313 is a hidden gem!

This lower level corner unit is perfect for the couple who want to get away.... Enjoy lazy mornings , spectacular sunsets, walks on the beach, and yet enjoy All the amenities available On the beautiful island of Seabrook! We highly recommend it and plan to return in near future!

Relaxing Southern Charm

The pictures online describe this perfectly. What a beautiful place. All of Seabrook Island was gorgeous, Charleston was a blast. Mary was so kind to us. You won’t be sorry if you go with this vacation home. This is definitely a 5 Star Vacation for us. I’ll come back here again.

Great stay in a wonderful spot

We had a lovely week on this property. Although February weather brings with it varied temperatures, it did not matter . It always seemed bright with nature all around you! Beautiful spot, easy walk to a wonderful walking beach. Very comfortable house with an extremely yummy king size bed. The Seabrook property is very low key and welcoming. We will be back!

Awesome vacation—awesome property!!

The pictures do not do this property justice. It was perfect! We were a very close walk down the boardwalk and to the beach. It was everything promised and more. The owner was very helpful. She thought of everything. I’ve told all my friends and can’t wait to return.

Picture perfect

This property was a real gem! It has beautiful water views and fabulous access to the beach. We had a great time celebrating our daughter’s college graduation and the folks around could not have been nicer. The owners (Mary and Hank) were very responsive in communications when necessary. We would definitely want to come back to Seabrook island it’s a real hidden gem!!!

Best view possible; Clean, well appointed unit

Lovely condo on main floor (entrances to main floor unit are a half flight up from ground). Cheerful decor with beautiful wood floor. Very complete kitchen and furnishing, all clean. This unit has second large glass window that most don’t, so you get a view of Atlantic and the river. Responsive owner, nice big covered deck, and I could bring my sweet dog. Bliss.

Wonderful villa in amazing location

This villa is a perfect spot for a small family or couple. The location is just steps from the beach and there is a great view from the back patio to watch the sunset. The villa itself is clean and well equipped with everything to make your stay pleasant. Mary was very helpful with a lot information before we arrived and having amenity passes were great. There is a lot of detailed information in the binder with very specific instructions about the house so be aware of that. We could also hear the people upstairs walking around quite a bit but that’s expected when you’re in a lower unit. I would definitely stay here again!

We will be back...

What is not to love about this charming unit. Our favorite is the deck which serves as your front-row seat to dolphins, deer, and sunsets. Having shade all day and breezes often are the result of being a bottom unit. The comfy couches in the living room are perfect for all your afternoon naps with the great view that the windows of the corner unit provide. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need, including the wine glasses. With a major grocery store just a few minutes off the island, cooking is pain-free. The bed feels like a cloud that you never want to leave. Beach Club pool is just a ten minute walk or short drive away. It is clean and warm with the ocean right beside it. Pelican's Nest Restaurant offers seating on the beach for yummy snacks or meals.

Loved every minute

This was our first time, not only at Seabrook but Charleston, too. It was a remarkable experience in both places, made more memorable by having our sweet dog with us. The condo was perfect for our needs and wonderfully located. Mary was so responsive and patient with my many questions. The skies that we saw from our balcony were indescribable. I went horseback riding and the people at the Equestrian Center were lovely. The experience at the condo and on the island could not have been better. One caveat: This is essentially a gated, residential community. It’s quiet and UNbusy, which may not be enough for some people. There is a lovely, small village center between Kiawah and Seabrook with some shops, restaurants, a grocery and a small inn. We don’t play golf so I can’t speak to that except to say that Seabrook has several courses. There is a club and recreation area for the island which looked lovely— we didn’t take advantage of it this time. We feel very fortunate to have made this connection and look forward to our return.

On the way to Seabrook, the minute you exit Charleston and set out on a road framed by 100 year old oak trees draped in curtains of Spanish moss, it feels like you're driving through to a secluded paradise. And that's exactly what Seabrook is: beautiful, quiet island with clean, private beaches where wildlife abounds. It is impossible to go to Seabrook and not leave all your worries outside the gate.

One of the best parts of our condo are the sunsets from our cool deck! Living on the East Coast, it's rare you get a chance to watch the sunset over the water but that's exactly what you can enjoy from our deck. It is also directly on the beach so put on a bathing suit, grab a towel, walk out the deck and you are on the beach! No driving and finding parking. No hiking with coolers and beach chairs for miles. Just pure unadulterated ease and relaxation. We are so close to the beach, in fact, that you need not even leave your deck to watch the dolphins, pelicans and sea turtles that are sure to entertain you.
