Exceeded our expectations!
Historical charm with modern living! We spent so much time out on the patio, morning coffee and evening cocktails. There were 6 of us in our group and we each had our own bedroom with attached bath perfect for your own privacy. The location was perfect for us! We walked to most of our destinations. Took a day trip to Tybee Island which is just about a 1/2 hour drive. What a beautiful place to stay, in a perfect location!!

Great Location!
Location was absolutely perfect. We didn’t rent a car and where able to comfortably walk almost everywhere. Only suggestion is to have the kitchen a bit more stocked with utensils and maybe some basic spices. All in all though was a great house and was perfect for our party of 6.

Great Stay for Birthday Celebration
Everything in the house was perfect for 4 ladies celebrating a 70th birthday. Great location and property manager was very responsive. Beautiful modern Kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were very comfy and rooms spacious with ample storage. Would highly recommend for any group stay!

The first destination offering for Whitman Holdings would be the Whitman collection in Savannah, Georgia, we have attached a link to the Whitman collection of Savannah website to help you understand the portfolio's relationship to different locations within the three historical zone and the uniqueness that each individual property brings to the marketplace. The advantage of the Whitman collection is it allows the buyer to choose where and what part of that Savannah history that they want to be in the middle of.

The next destination of Whitman Holdings is the Whitman Cottages in St. Augustine, Florida.

The Whitman Cottages of St. Augustine are a collection of cottages dating back to the early settlement of the St. Augustine that have been fully renovated into two bedroom cottages under the supervision of the St. Augustine Historical Preservation Board. The cottages include full kitchens, recently renovated bathrooms, washers, dryers and flat screen TVs with individual internet service.

The cottages also include a parking space per bedroom, a three bedroom house available for rent that can be used for larger family memories, and the courtyard of the cottages has a pool available for guest recreation.
The cottages are within easy and walking distance to downtown St. Augustine plus close proximity to other services and stores expected from a premier vacation ownership location.

The first of the Whitman compound homes is the 6,000 square foot, four bedroom, den, bay front home with an outdoor cabana, pool and unrestricted views of the Manatee Bay sound This luxury home includes a gourmet kitchen, washer and dryer, polished marble floors throughout, luxury bathrooms and some of the finest views within Key Largo.
