This luxury condominium home has three large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, new 50" flat-screen TVs, super-fast high speed wireless internet. Spacious open concept luxury living room with king sofa sleeper, dining area, additional ½ bath, wet bar, and kitchen with all the modern amenities.



Finishes include Viking appliances, Carrera marble countertops, gas lanterns, coral stone and heart pine flooring, oversized showers with intricate tile work and glass enclosures, arched openings, a private outdoor courtyard, and a covered off-street parking space.

This property has one private covered parking spot for 1 car.

Parking for additional vehicles: Downtown Savannah has metered, on-street parking. SOME parts of the Historic District are free on Saturday/Sunday. The City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations on each block. You can download the APP "Park Savannah" to pay meters from your phone

Visitor Parking Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00. Passes can be purchased at the City of Savannah Parking Services Office at 100 East Bryan Street. Please call them with any questions about parking in the city, 912.651.6470.

Property is clean and well equipped. Location is ideal for walking and enjoying Savannah. Spacious for 6-8 people. Decor was beautiful and welcoming. We were 3 couples enjoying Savannah and the beauty of it all.

Very convenient location to the river walk and the Marriott Riverfront where I was attending a medical meeting. Kitchen and appliances nicely updated with very comfortable king beds and spacious bathroom and showers. Nice to have a parking reserved parking spot.

Great Stay for Birthday Celebration

Everything in the house was perfect for 4 ladies celebrating a 70th birthday. Great location and property manager was very responsive. Beautiful modern Kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were very comfy and rooms spacious with ample storage. Would highly recommend for any group stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed the property last year and returned again. It is very nice and portrayed very accurately on VRBO. The hosts are readily available to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend.

Exceeded our expectations!

Historical charm with modern living! We spent so much time out on the patio, morning coffee and evening cocktails. There were 6 of us in our group and we each had our own bedroom with attached bath perfect for your own privacy. The location was perfect for us! We walked to most of our destinations. Took a day trip to Tybee Island which is just about a 1/2 hour drive. What a beautiful place to stay, in a perfect location!!

Great Location!

Location was absolutely perfect. We didn’t rent a car and where able to comfortably walk almost everywhere. Only suggestion is to have the kitchen a bit more stocked with utensils and maybe some basic spices. All in all though was a great house and was perfect for our party of 6.

Stunning Property in Historic Savannah - Highly Recommend!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this beautiful property in historic Savannah. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to charming shops and fantastic restaurants. The property itself is stunning, with large, beautifully decorated bedrooms that made us feel right at home. The bathrooms are lovely and well-maintained, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. Exceptional Lavishly Appointed Luxury Townhome

This property is nothing short of extraordinary! We simply loved this lavishly perfectly appointed home. Every box you could ask for in a vacation rental is checked. Spacious-Open Floor plan, Luxurious, Private, Lavish Top Tier appliances, furnishings and decor! We enjoyed the private fenced courtyard perfect for intimate relaxation (Wine & Cocktails)! In walking distance to the historic district & river walk (we walked to the river walk and dinner multiple times). We loved the privacy and lavish appointments of the bedrooms. The bedding is amazing!! The bathrooms in each bathroom is a perfect touch, additionally every bath is simply immaculate and private. The communications was prompt, attentive, and accurate! If you and your guests need to be spoiled in opulence this is your property!!!

A beautiful trip to Savannah made even better staying in this property

We had a very enjoyable time in Savannah and staying at your property (Property ID: 2325630) was just the icing on the cake. The inside was just beautiful - such a spacious kitchen with a large fridge, lots of counter space, a huge farmhouse sink and large stove/oven. The dining room and dinette area had lots of seating with more at the snack bar. The living room was very large with a dining room table added at one end that would seat 8 easily. We especially appreciated the enclosed back yard for our fur babies. THAT alone was such a huge plus! The bedrooms were all so beautiful and we appreciated the brand new mattress and night stands with USB charging built in. The large dresser and spacious closet with hangers was very helpful for unpacking and making us feel at home. And the master bath? Gorgeous!! LOVED the large shower with hand held spout as well as rain shower head. That was fantastic! And ALL the showers were great so there was no "fighting" for the better shower. (lol) It was also very nice to have 2 separate air conditioners - one upstairs and one downstairs. Parking was so easy and very close by and we appreciated being able to park out front for loading and unloading. Probably the most comforting thing about the whole stay was the rapid response from our host. I knew I could text them anytime and get an almost immediate response. I think we texted about the overflowing trash our first day which was taken care of quickly and followed up with a present of delicious doughnuts the next morning (Thank you!) as well as a broken washing machine (thank you for the credit!) and someone using our parking space (quickly rectified). None of these impacted the enjoyment of our stay. Thank you so much for hosting us and we would definitely recommend your property and hosts to anyone!

Great Location, Beautiful Place

I have stayed here twice. The place is clean, updated and in a great location. We walked almost everywhere. The beds are super comfortable. Rob the property manager is easy to contact. There is also a covered off street parking space. I highly recommend this property.

Great location for multi generational family trip

Our family stayed here to celebrate my 60th birthday. The first floor has a master suite with walk-in shower and lots of room for my husband who uses a walker. The living and dining area is spacious for eating, playing board games and tv watching so everyone had space to work and play. The outdoor area is lovely and private. The beds were all comfortable. Kitchen amenities were sufficient. Property Manager was responsive when we asked about hurricane emergency and brought us flashlights in case of a power outage. Fortunately Savannah was unscathed by Hurricane Ian and we were able to have a wonderful family trip.

Great Home in the Historic District!

The property provided our group with a wonderful opportunity to enjoy our friends weekend in Savannah. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very large and the house itself is very up to date. I would love to stay here again.

Beautiful home close to river and downtown Savannah

Beautiful house, fully remodeled. The kitchen is beautiful but lacks in some basics like small plates, more water glasses and serving platters. Other than that the house is perfect and provides ample space for all.

Great property on the edge of the Savannah historic district. Short stroll to everything.

Responsive host, messaged back promptly after inquiries. Clean, spacious property with nice kitchen equipment and basic utensils. Nice little back and side yards to hang out. First floor bedroom could use more airflow, however - vents didn't seem to cool room enough even when turning thermostat really low.

Beautiful and spacious unit

We planned a girls’ trip to Savannah. Our vacation rental was very spacious and beautiful! Location was great. Our host Rob Santana was very attentive. We had contacted him a few times for a few different things and he got back to us right away. We will definitely be back.

Great home-exactly like the pictures. Good location-easy to walk everywhere. Beds super comfortable! Really had a great time. Could use a few more utensils- we cooked every night- if your not using the kitchen no worries! Appliances were awesome if you are!

The first destination offering for Whitman Holdings would be the Whitman collection in Savannah, Georgia, we have attached a link to the Whitman collection of Savannah website to help you understand the portfolio's relationship to different locations within the three historical zone and the uniqueness that each individual property brings to the marketplace. The advantage of the Whitman collection is it allows the buyer to choose where and what part of that Savannah history that they want to be in the middle of.

The next destination of Whitman Holdings is the Whitman Cottages in St. Augustine, Florida.

The Whitman Cottages of St. Augustine are a collection of cottages dating back to the early settlement of the St. Augustine that have been fully renovated into two bedroom cottages under the supervision of the St. Augustine Historical Preservation Board. The cottages include full kitchens, recently renovated bathrooms, washers, dryers and flat screen TVs with individual internet service.

The cottages also include a parking space per bedroom, a three bedroom house available for rent that can be used for larger family memories, and the courtyard of the cottages has a pool available for guest recreation.

The cottages are within easy and walking distance to downtown St. Augustine plus close proximity to other services and stores expected from a premier vacation ownership location.
