Girls Trip

Perfect location to walk to everything Savannah has to offer and an easy 20 minute drive to the beach. Would definitely stay there again

Great vacation rental for girl's trip!

We just loved this vacation rental! It was in a great location to walk to just about everything. It was also a really nice place to just hang out with friends. We would definitely stay again. Tybee Vacation Rentals was very helpful.

Perfect location for Savanah

We loved the location and the character of this house! It was close to the riverfront, which gave us easy access to shops, restaurants, parks, and more. It was also easy to get to Tybee Island. The house itself was large, clean, and perfect for my family.

Great location but can be noisy

3 couples traveling. Space was perfect for us. Walking distance to River St and City market .Great restaurant next door. Might have been the weekend we were there (St. Patricks) but traffic/people on street could be heard overnight making sleep not as restful.

The house was clean and well stocked. The doors were hard to work, the locks were not working well. We did have a wasp issue, the rental co did come and spray, but did a minimal job. I was stung in the head and had to call back and have them leave spray so that we could take care of them myself. Other than that, it was a great location and historic house. You definitely need to know there are a lot of stairs.

Perfect location and plenty of room

The unit was the perfect place for our family to gather for an event. The living room was big enough for all of us to gather, but there was plenty of private space as well. We loved the porch on a sunny February afternoon. The location couldn't be better - just off Bay Street - for access to shopping, food, and entertainment.

The house was perfect for our needs. Spacious common areas and big bedrooms fit our group of 6 ladies perfectly. Check in/ out process was easy and professional. The house is centrally located to all of the sights we wanted to see and we could walk to most things. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Amazing Home

Our stay here was great! You couldn't beat the location in the historic district - walkable to most major locations. I will warn that this unit is up quite a few stairs. You should keep that in mind if you have any people who may have an issue with that. It's also a beautiful property.

Great place to stay!

This historic house was an amazing place to stay in Savannah! Gorgeous and immaculately clean, plus easy walking to everything. Perfect for my family of 5. There are lots of stairs- not an issue for us but could be a problem for some. There was also a decent amount of street noise- also not a big deal (we just used white noise apps on our phones at night).

Perfect location and amazing house

Is the most perfect location ever! So much more roomie than the pictures let on. Only downside was the air conditioning. It was hot all the time, but that's also just how Savannah is! Definitely worth it!

Four Old Friends

My friends and I are a group of four old ladies who travel and get together once a year now that we all live in different states. This year was Savannah. Location of property was superb, well equipped, spacious and a fabulous southern porch. We locked ourselves out and when I called for help the response time was very prompt. Their communication was clear and professional. Would highly recommend this property.

Great location. Nice property

Very walkable location and lots of charm in the house. I didn’t realize the truck noise E Bay St has. Sometimes the whole house shook. It wasn’t awful but something to consider. A little more landscaping on the driveway would be appreciated as the staff from the hotel next store use it as a break spot. Again, no real issues but smoking smells made the porch less enjoyable.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and there were over 50 stairs to climb to get up there, way to many stairs, no elevator.

Amazing location; gorgeous, endless-amenity house!

The location was fabulous. The house was immaculate upon arrival! The house is so beautiful that the pictures don’t do it justice! Only a couple of things that could be improved, but were not deal-breakers: the consistent, running-water noise in the Queen bedroom and the King mattress on the 1st floor was not comfortable. Otherwise, we could not want for anything! Kitchen Cabinets were stocked with every dish imaginable; Blackout curtains in every bedroom; Plenty of space for our group to spread out. We would definitely stay again if ours travels bring us back to Savannah!

July 2019 Stay

My team is in Savannah a few times per year for business. We have used another rental service in the past (Savannah rentals) but their service and homes have been awful the past few years. Tybee island rentals rocked! The hose was awesome. Everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen was awesome. Clean home, fantastic back deck. Off street parking and the location was the best. We ate twice and the Old Pink House right around the corner. Couldn't beat the food there. We will be using Tybee Rentals from now on. Great job you guys and gals. 👏

The house is beautiful and in such a perfect location! Close enough to walk to a ton of places but far enough away that you didn’t hear all the late night people. A good side note is a lot of places are closed on Sunday, so plan your trip accordingly! Only complaint is the customer service department, when called they were very nice but took forever to get back to us with an answer to our question. And forget about texting them (like it says you can) they never answered any text that was sent, not even days later. Sent a text Friday morning, they still never answered when we left Monday afternoon.

Unbeatable Location!

Without question this is a one-of-a-kind type of property! If there’s availability for your intended vacation, you’d be wise to book it now! As the family of four with two kids ages 5 and 9, plus the in-laws in their 60s, the few flights of stairs were but a slight inconvenience. We viewed it as part of a workout and a welcomed one, coming from Florida, and after enjoying the amazing food of Savanah. That was the “worst” aspect of the property. This is a must book based purely on location, alone. The age of the house (built in the late 1700s) adds to the charm and class. Even the attic bedroom can be turned into a little love nest of sorts. The great patio space to spread out while not being on the ground floor was welcomed. Parking was easy and the property management company was very flexible, allowing us to use the other parking space while there were no other tenants at the property. This was an ideal place for our Thanksgiving week off and would certainly book again when headed back to Savanah.

Texas family vacation

Great house that was built in late 1700’s / lots of history! Would have been nice if HVAC had been turned down sooner so the temp would have been cooler at bedtime! Overall very neat place to stay!!

Family Vacation

The property is wonderful for a family but has lots of stairs (which I knew when I reserved the property.) I didn’t think about the possibility of someone in my family getting injured just before our vacation but our daughter sprained her meniscus and was on crutches! We made it work and really enjoyed our stay. Parking is a little strange and it is easy for someone to get blocked in but our neighbors were great and we worked it out. There is also a parking garage behind the house where we were able to park one of our cars.
