Without question this is a one-of-a-kind type of property! If there’s availability for your intended vacation, you’d be wise to book it now!
As the family of four with two kids ages 5 and 9, plus the in-laws in their 60s, the few flights of stairs were but a slight inconvenience. We viewed it as part of a workout and a welcomed one, coming from Florida, and after enjoying the amazing food of Savanah. That was the “worst” aspect of the property.
This is a must book based purely on location, alone. The age of the house (built in the late 1700s) adds to the charm and class. Even the attic bedroom can be turned into a little love nest of sorts. The great patio space to spread out while not being on the ground floor was welcomed.
Parking was easy and the property management company was very flexible, allowing us to use the other parking space while there were no other tenants at the property. This was an ideal place for our Thanksgiving week off and would certainly book again when headed back to Savanah.
