Great stay

The condo is small but it was clean and we had a great time. Short drive to Siesta Key public beach and close to shopping. Doris was a great host and answered any questions we had.

Comfortable/Clean Accommodation / Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was exactly as advertised, location was very close to shopping and a short drive to Siesta Key. Enjoyed the convenient access to the pool and the assigned parking spot. The unit was very clean and the kitchen fully stocked with everything that you will need. We would book this unit again!

Weekend getaway

Very nice accommodations. Very clean. Nice layout. Had everything that was mentioned in listing. Was close to everything we wanted to do. Shopping, Beaches, restaurants and sunset. Google had some difficulty finding the place. Owner was quick to respond. Maybe add the name of Development, Sierra Park, to listing. Not a big fan of the development but enjoyed our stay

Great solo get away

Cute little condo in a quiet complex and close to everything, beach, great restaurants, Publix. Very comfortable bed, and had everything i needed for a weekend getaway. The kitchen is small but i wasn't planning on cooking with all the great restaurants within a short distance or you can be at the best beach bars within 14 minutes. Overall, it was great!! If i had to say anything negative, it would be that you can't have any drinks at the pool, just a complex rule, nothing to do with the owner. I would stay here again.

Great place

The condo was perfect for us ( 2 people), clean and well stocked . Close to pool which was in great condition . The complex where this condo was needed some attention and was somewhat dated but it was quiet and convenient to restaurants and beach. I left my Apple Watch charger behind, and the owner took the time to send me a charger that was left behind . Even though it wasn’t the right charger I appreciate her efforts , We would stay there again . We also appreciate the snacks and water that were left for us .

Exactly what we needed

We were visiting for a quick trip to spring training. The apartment was perfect, if a bit small…but we knew that would be the case for a family of four. We were not home much, but found everything we needed when we were. We appreciated the small things that were already thought of for us - beach gear, laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash, hand soap, cold water and snacks when we arrived. The kids loved the pool and the location was great - close to the beach, restaurants, groceries, etc. The host also let us know that the condo was ready early, which we really appreciated after an early morning of travel. We’ll stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Winter get-away!

We had driven 8+ hours the day we arrived & settled right in to this clean,inviting home away from home! Doris had snacks to fill us until our grocery run,coffee,detergent pods & softener sheets. All these made our stay quite convenient. When we had a slow draining bathroom sink,I called & Joseph answered his phone,gave me a time he'd arrive (the same day) & was prompt & took care of the problem! Wish we had that kind of service at home! The check in & out was easy,too! One of the highlights of our stay was the heated pool-I spent time there often & met so many friendly guests! Thank you for a wonderful visit to Sarasota.

Couple of things that need work

The TV in the living room did not work. I said live TV many times, I guess it doesn’t like my voice. Also, the toilet in the bathroom tends to run had to lift the handle most of the time. Otherwise, the stay was great and it was very clean.

Nice Place

This is a nice little place for its location. We just stayed two days and everything was good for us. The property manager had great communication and everything once inside the condo was as expected. The outside was ok, nothing special though. Basically residential condos. If I was doing a short trip again with no expectation of going to the beach I would stay here again.

I'm Doris, your host. I grew up in Europe, but I was always cold. I found the city of my dreams, Sarasota, where the sky is almost always blue and the sun is shining.
I often go for a morning walk to Siesta and I am always grateful to live in this beautiful city.
I studied hospitality and I love (almost) every part of it! I work with wonderful people, cleaners who love cleanliness, handymen who come as soon as I call them if something needs to be fixed.
