Welcome to our condo at Sun Beach Club in New Smyrna Beach, Florida! This 1,100 square ft condo has 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths. This is a furnished unit with a 1st floor entrance and very convenient parking space in front of condo. The living room also provides a queen size sofa bed. Full cable, basic digital with internet, WiFi, 3 TV’s, and washer/dryer. This home is very private with walk out patio. The grounds include a gated heated pool & spa with a clubhouse and an on-site office.
A Shopping plaza with grocery, ice-cream store, liquor store and several restaurants are close by. All the action of Flagler Avenue and Historic Canal Street are quick five minutes away. Changing seasonal and scheduled events are popular on the weekends. The Canaveral National Seashore is a short bike ride South on A1A. You are a mere 3-minute walk across the street from the beach/ocean with a cross walk nearby. Walking trails and sidewalks are throughout. This is the no-driving beach area. The property is stocked, nicely equipped with a central location.
Utilities include. Water, Trash, Electric, Digital Cable and WiFi. Use of common areas grounds, pool, hot tub & Hotspots. No Smoking, No Pets. Washer and dryer in unit. Please note that this condo is in a quiet community and not a location for parties or loud guests. Our condo leans more towards families and couples looking for a relaxing location for vacation. Recently remodeled and tastefully decorated.

Everything was great. The Condo was in a great location. Ms. Brewer contacted us and inquired if we found Everything okay (which we did) all the necessary amenities were there. The place was well appointed.

Warm, Welcoming Wonderful Stay!

I can’t say enough what a wonderful stay my son and I had! Susan was a wonderful host and provided outstanding hospitality and communications! You couldn’t ask for a better location (quiet and right across from the beach!) and amenities were great! Beautiful condo made us feel right at home! I highly recommend this for your next vacation!

The Oyster Quay Beach area location makes easy NSB travel north & south to all areas, on road or beach. It is also near many great restaurants & shopping areas.

Perfect Location! Great Condo with everything you need!

Condo was an easy, quick walk across the street to the beach. Condo was clean with everything we needed for our stay. Residents were friendly and enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Very easy to contact Susan if we needed anything. She was great! We will be back!

Baybreeze way

We stayed in this condo for a month in November. We didn't expect to hurricane but we got one. The condo is beautiful and very generously appointed with all the necessities of home away from home. It is extremely comfortable. We didn't get to use the beach because of the hurricanes Ian and Nicole. The pool area was very nice. If you have trouble walking It is a bit of a distance but you can drive there and there's parking near the pool. Susan was extremely responsive and a great host. It was a pleasure to be In her contact.

Excellent

The hosts were most accommodating. Very nice place with everything you could need to enjoy the beach, even for a child, or got to the pool to swim, have a walk around, or even just relax on the patio. Quiet neighborhood literally across the street from the beach. A nice small shopping area within walking distance, even has an ice cream shop. We thoroughly enjoyed the place, the area and the very nice hosts!! Can't wait to go again!!

Great time! Beautiful Condo. Area very clean and safe.

Susan and her husband were very kind and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. Very organized. The condo was wonderful. Just as pictured. Sun Beach is a very clean community. Guest were kind and helpful also. Our grandchildren came to see us for a few days during our visit. They loved it too. 🥰

Home away from Home

This was a great condo and location to stay. Everything was right at our hands. Definitely would consider coming back. Thank you Susan for letting us rent your beautiful condo. We had a great relaxing vacation. Helps our decision to maybe one day moving to Florida.
