Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 31 m² flat in Strasbourg, ideal for 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay, with a bed made up on arrival and 4-star hotel-quality linen. Cleaning is included in the rental price, so you can make the most of your stay.

The accommodation is composed as follows

- A 12 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen: electric kettle, oven, hob, coffee maker and dining area with dining table
- A bathroom with shower and WC

The flat is located in a pleasant environment, close to all the essential shops, as well as restaurants, bars, boutiques and markets, so you can make the most of life in Strasbourg.

Christmas Trip

We stayed at this location for three nights in the middle of a two week Christmas market trip. It was a large apartment and had a nice kitchen and bathroom. The location was perfect, right near a large Christmas market and within walking distance for everything we wanted to do.

Simple, functional, affordable

Location is great, i spent a few days at the university and this was a quick and easy walk with several bakeries on the way to get a croissant for breakfast. It is close enough to bars and restaurants that you can easily pop outside to visit, but its far rnough away that the street noise isnt a problem.Not a lot of extra bells and whistles but it had the necessities, including a washing machine. I didnt know where to hang to dry though and as an American i had just assumed a dryer was part of the pair. I learned dryers are uncommon in France. Walls are a bit thin, the neighbors werent excessively loud but i did hear them. I also worried my alarm would wake them, especially since i tend to hit the snooze a couple times. Overall, i would definitely stay here again.Thanks for letting me stay.

Great location with drawbacks to be aware of

The location is excellent, and the apartment has potential, but I stayed only 1 of my 3 booked nights for the following reasons. If I had known about these in advance, I would have stayed elsewhere: 1) The check-in process requires that you arrive before 9 p.m., because the key is available at a laundromat that closes at this time. This is a prohibitively short check-in period, & I didn't see it until check-in instructions arrived shortly before my stay (if it's stated in the listing, it's not prominently displayed). I ended up having to take a later train on my arrival day, which would mean getting in at 10 p.m., so I had to come the next day instead. 2) Although the listing stated that a washing machine is available, it was filled with wet & smelly towels when I arrived so I was unable to use it. 3) Only 1 of the 3 windows in the kitchen had a window covering, so it was easy to see into the apartment from the outside at night given that it's on the ground floor. I was staying there alone, & this made the apartment feel less safe. 4) Also unsafe, particularly as a woman traveling alone, was the fact that the building's hallway is completely dark at night, so I had to use my phone's flashlight to get into the apartment. If there were lights in the hallway, these weren't obvious & should have been pointed out in the instructions. I requested a partial refund due to these combined issues, but it was denied, so the customer service also left a lot to be desired.

L'emplacement est parfait : à 10 minutes à pied de tous les centres d'intérêt. C'est propre et bien entretenu. Il manque un micro onde. Par contre, c'est un entresol : les seuls points de lumière dans l'appartement sont des fenêtres similaires à celles qu'on voit sur les photos. Il vaut mieux passer le moins de temps possible dans l'appartement car c'est très sombre.
