Beachfront Condo on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach w/pool

The condo is located beachside on 30A at The Palms, this a third floor unit with an amazing view!
The balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Gorgeous views and the sound of waves crashing from the living room and kitchen.
King size bed in the master bedroom, built in bunk beds in the hallway. Two full baths with granite countertops. Fully equipped kitchen with an incredible view.
The condo is just a short bike ride to the Seaside Amphitheatre and grassy area which is great for kids. Grayton Beach, Grayton State Park, Rosemary Beach are close by too. You will be walking distance to some of the best restaurants on 30A (Cafe 30A, Prema, Angelinas, Mi Casita, Bronzinis). Only a mile away, you can visit some of the best restaurants in Seaside including Great Southern, Bud and Alleys and all of the food trucks. These are just a few of our favorites!
Big bonus, there are beach chairs available for rent right in front of the condo!

We loved the location of this condo. Our view was gorgeous and we spent a lot of time on our porch enjoying it. Condo itself was a good fit for our family of 5. Host was so helpful and graciously adjusted our dates when a family medical emergency threatened to cancel our trip.

Fantastic Beach Condo on 30A

Fantastic condo in a great location. Perfect to experience all that 30A has to offer being centrally located. Highly recommend. The host was fantastic with communication and even left a welcome package.

Great stay

This is a great one bedroom on the 3rd floor (top floor) with a great view of the ocean. We had a wonderful time and were very pleased. The kids had a perfect bunk bed set up in the hallway. The manager was attentive and communicated well. Overall great stay

Perfect getaway and added special touches

The unit was perfect. It was well stocked with an added surprise basket of goodies. Very clean, with comfortable furniture and bedding. Having two bathrooms was very handy. Third floor with amazing views of the beach so we could enjoy relaxing on the patio. It was nice and quiet. This location was convenient to ride bikes into Seaside and beyond, or just take long walks along the beach or paths. Krista and Jason were great at sending communication. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

Best Location on 30A

I love this complex. This unit was great! Clean, well stocked, easy communication with owner… A beautiful view of the gulf. The perfect quick walk and access to a private beach. Bike rental across the street. Less than 2 miles from Seaside center. Perfect.

Restoration and relaxation

The best place on the beach

This is the absolute best stay on the beach that you could have. Our host left us the cutest little basket of goodies and the place was immaculate. It looked freshly decorated and was super nice. Checkin and checkout was a breeze! This is now my go to spot when I want to visit this area! We will be back!!

Wonderful Vacation!!

The condo was great, the area is fabulous and the owner is very easy to deal with. We have been visiting the Gulf Coast for over thirty years and this was one of the best weeks ever. Perfect weather helped a bunch too! We will definitely be back and would recommend this condo to others

Dream Vacation

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and had the best time relaxing and soaking up the sun! Our host was spectacular and had a basket of goodies with a card wishing us a happy anniversary. We would highly recommend staying here! Thank you Krista for a great getaway for us.

Best Vacation!

My girls and I had the best vacation! The condo was extremely clean and spacious enough for an adult and three kids. It was very homey and welcoming. The view was amazing. The balcony looked straight out to the beach. We had private beach access with minimal to no crowds. Krista was so easy to communicate with and very friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Great Property!

The condo was clean, well stocked, in a great location, and right on the beach…. Can’t ask for better than that! We had a great stay, check in and check out we’re easy, and the hosts were great about communicating with us. We’d stay here again for our next vacation for sure.

Perfect Beach Location!

We’ve stayed up and down 30A for years and this was definitely the best, quietest and easiest beach access we’ve ever had. Owner made the check-in process a breeze and the unit itself was well updated and very clean. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend!
