The private pool at this home is perfect for cooling off on a sunny day, and the family dogs can enjoy the outdoor dog run. Enjoy fresh air in the screened-in porch, or enjoy central air conditioning inside the well-furnished living room.The desk workspace (which features a printer!) is perfect for people who need to finish up some remote work or schooling. The spacious kitchen includes full-size appliances, a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar, and plenty of counter space for working away at your delicious projects. Helpful amenities like a private washer/dryer make this home an ideal family-friendly retreat on your next trip to Gulf Breeze.

One kayak, one beach cruiser, and one road bike are available for guest use
Please, no hard toys in the pool (so as to not damage the pool liner)
*Guests must stay with a minimum of three nights
This is a dog-friendly home, and up to two dogs weighing up to 50 pounds each are welcome. Enjoy the separate dog run area, but please pick up after your dogs. Keep your dogs off the furniture and secure them in a kennel when they are unattended. An extra-large kennel is available for guest use. No aggressive bully breeds (such as pitbulls, Boxers, and Boston Terriers) are permitted
Age-appropriate games are available for younger guests
*No garage parking is available, but guests can fit a large RV or boat in the driveway

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great stay, even for our dog!

My family really enjoyed our stay here—even our dog! They had everything you could need, including a dog crate. The house has been nicely updated. The pool and yard were lovely. We found the beds comfy and had restful nights. The neighborhood is full of friendly people. The house is so close to a waterfront park, grocery stores, and pharmacies. If we make our way to the area in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

This place was perfect!! Close to the beach but tucked in a peaceful, quiet, and safe neighborhood. The pool was amazing. House was super clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults in our group and everyone was very happy with their time spent in the home. We would absolutely stay again!!

Quite and romantic

Place is perfect for romantic getaway. Pool and screen porch were wonderful. Even with Francine the hurricane blowing by the screened in porch was nice. Only wish would be better mattress and pillows.

Awesome location with everything you need to accompany your stay. Beach was less than 10 mins away. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores around location. The pool was a major plus during our stay! Will definitely book this property again

Great place and very close to everything.

We really enjoyed this home. It was exactly how it was listed. Only a few hiccups (a few lights were out, ceiling fan broken in master and garbage cans full for the whole time we were there) but overall great place. I would recommend to anyone to bring extra towels, blankets and pillows.

Great stay

Property was better than expected. The pool was nice and warm, the dog run was perfect. The screened in porch made the house PERFECT for the small hurricane like weather we experienced. Sitting outside watching the lightning, listening to the thunder and the frogs. A true experience in itself.

Beautiful house and warm pool

The property was beautiful, nice neighborhood, everyone was friendly. The house was clean, the pool was really warm like bath water. Trash service gentleman was nice, we were outside when he came to take the cans back up. Beds were comfy, good amount of extra blankets. The listing says pet friendly but wanted unattended dogs crated which has never been an option for my dog so we ended up not bringing her. One set of rules said no smoking on the property another said only no smoking in the breezeway so that was a little confusing. Only 2 kitchen trash bags for a week, 2 packets of dish detergent and 1 laundry detergent, so a little skimpy there, but overall I would recommend this property and would go back.

Beach trip

House was mediocre at best .Pictures listed looked much better than house. It should be listed as lower rate because by the time you add all the fees in, it averaged out at $450 a night which is waaaaayy too much for this place! It stated it was 3 miles to beach and it was much further. However, we did enjoy the pool.

Great property and location

Prooerty is great location, easy access to beaches, stores and restaurants. Loved having the ability to bring our dog, residence had a large, clean dog cage for use. Pool was wonderful albeit a bit warm but thats more weather related. Id definitely stay here again. A few small things that need fixing but overall great experience. Front porch light didn't work Multiple switches in kitchen/living room that didn't work which was confusing. Hall shower/tub clogged the whole time If you're cold nature bring extra blankets Small attention to detail stuff like weeds in the cracks by the pool, definitely not a deal breaker. Ran out of trash bags in kitchen. Was only there 4 days Overall great, safe and clean.

Nice house but questionable booking practices

The house was nice, clean and in a good location. After we booked the home and paid the first half we were sent a new list of house rules that were not in the original listing. The public listing states it’s dog friendly but excludes ‘aggressive breeds’ -totally fine, most do. But then the house's 'new rules' add no Labrador retrievers due to homeowner allergy and shedding. I feel like this should have been listed originally and not kept hidden until it was booked. The new house rules also stated no animals in the pool-which was also not stated on the original listing. I really don't appreciate the duplicity and would rather have the rules spelled out before I commit to a property rental. The owners are well within their rights to have certain rules concerning their property but not being clear and upfront about them is the problem. None of the 'new rules' affected our stay but they could someone else. Seems kind of unethical to hide rules until you book the property.

Très belles vacances!

À environ 10 minutes en auto de la plage de Pensacola beach et tout près des commodités comme épicerie. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances!

Great house

It was an amazing stay! The pictures did not do it justice it was even better than expected! The only bad thing I have to say is that the furniture was very stained and dirty. Other than that it was perfect. Close to everything you could ever wanna need to go to the beach. Will definitely use this place again. Honestly we didn’t wanna leave lol

Beautiful place, great location

This house was perfectly located to everything we needed. It was beautiful and the pool, grill, and kitchen were the best parts! We utilized all features of this house & being pet-friendly was super convenient for our fur baby! Our only complaint is the mattresses of the master bedroom (king bed) and the back bedroom. The king mattress is so firm it's extremely uncomfortable and woke up hurting every morning. The other bedroom mattress sinks in the middle and you can tell that just by looking at it. I would recommend replacing both mattresses for future guests to be more comfortable. The other mattress where our kids slept was the most comfortable bed. Even the couch was more comfortable than the king bed. The screen porch roof leaks during rain but wasn't a big deal to us. The laundry facilities in the garage were so convenient so we could wash everything before we left. Overall this house was great! Because you go on vacation and look to get a great night's rest each night you're away from home, you want to wake up feeling refreshed and rested. That part was not the case. Otherwise, very convenient and great location to the beach and bay and everything you come to visit the area for. The pool was such a wonderful touch because we needed that since the water at the beach was rough several days. The house was clean. We had a little trouble with the code getting in on day 1 because specific instructions were not provided on using "*" or "#" before or after the code so we called to get a new code and it was never sent to us in an email or text so once we were in we had to use side entrance every time, but that really wasn't a problem once we were able to get in and unlock from outside. Then we could use the code for that side door every time. The kids liked having access to TV apps like Disney+ etc. And of course the pool. The kitchen table seated all 6 of us in our crew comfortably. The kitchen had most things we needed for cooking. Very nice setup and appliances. Plenty of space for the dog inside and out, having separate fenced area for the dog to potty and play outside. I would say my biggest and only true complaint is the beds. Otherwise our stay was pleasant. Thank you.
