Family trip

We had a great time. The property was so much more convenient than staying in a hotel. The beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon were an unexpected surprise.

Beautiful

Its a beautiful property with a secure feeling neighborhood surrounding it. The host was amazing when I made a complaint about not having a hottub like listed. Although we couldnt resolve the problem they communicated fast and were extremely helpful. It was very clean and smelled good in the home. There are bicycles for use but the tire pump provided did not work. I am also disappointed to say that the highly anticipated game room was a let down. The shuffleboard table did not have enough beads to use it and play. The packman arcade game works but only for one player because the other players joystick only moves 3 out of 4 directions. Overall it was a great and clean place to stay but I'm disappointed that the entertainment amenities I paid for could not be used (to clarify again the hotub listing was not their fault but vrbo's).

Great for first-timers

Great location for our first time in Florida. House does not have a hot tub as listed, but does have a deep bath tub in the main bathroom. Perfect for pets.

Lovely Gulf Breeze visit

This is a very nice property, exactly as described in the listing. Well appointed kitchen, super clean, three bedrooms each with very large TVs. We were three adults and each had our own bedrooms. Comfy living room to watch TV and a lovely dining room. Check in was super smooth.

Great location close to beach

Property was just as described, super clean, and filled with games, kitchen utensils, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood about ten minutes away from Pensacola beach. The host was very communicative.

enjoyed our getaway!

From the moment of arrival to departure, any request that I had, the property manager was readily available and provided answers in a timely manner. We enjoyed all of the amenities with this property including the new addition of the game room. Loved the location as we did beach hopping throughout our stay.

Nice renovated and location

We stayed at this house to get a feel of the neighborhood as we plan to move to Gulf Breeze soon. Our desires were confirmed with experiencing the proximity of the beach, groceries and downtown Pensacola. Beautifully centrally located. The house was extremely clean with fresh renovations. Would certainly recommend.

Review.

The only thing that wasn’t exactly clean clean was the floors. There was still dog hair I guess from the resent guest, and a pretzel on the table next to couch. The down side was when we would get back from the beach the house temp was 80 degrees and that would be every day, which took a while late in to the night to only get down to the lowest. 74 degrees. Really enjoy the house other than these few things.
