BUILDING NOTICE: Temporary Pool/Jacuzzi Closure. Annual preventative maintenance, cleaning & repairs to the 6th floor Swimming pool, Jacuzzi & Pool Deck areas. Temporary starting date: Sunday, November 10th @ 9pm and upon completion, will re-open on Monday, November 18th @ 7am (weather permitting).

The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 38th Floor.

ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Room with a View but in desperate need of some TLC

Huge Positives - The location and view were both fantastic, right in the heart of Waikiki with amazing views of the ocean on one side, and the lush Hawaiian mountains on the other. Many activities, shopping, restaurants and beaches are all within walking distance. Negatives - The suite is pretty run down, and because the doors to the deck aren't sealed, it is very noisy at all times, as is the air conditioner. Advice - Park on Ala Wai Blvd and save yourself the $40 USD per day they charge for parking at the building. It will mean a longer walk back to your suite, but it was totally worth it for us. Just make sure you pay attention to the signs for the two times per week you can't park there.

Nice studio apartment

It is super close to the beach maybe two blocks or so and super convenient location. Just know it is a one way street in and out so it’s a bit harder to get into. Other issue is there are two different elevators and you can’t get to the room elevator unless you have your yellow key. It just takes a minute to get the hang of. Other than that the room was clean and for the two of us I think we did bring extra shampoo and conditioner and stuff like that and we did end up using it. The pool is super nice too and there is a convenience store on that level as well!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has a good view and the building is superb for amenities and location. Everything was there or a short walk away. Great rainbows.

Best choice ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was just as expected. The place was clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The owner was really friendly and easy to communicate. My favorite part it’s the balcony, the view it’s amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay there. I would really recommend it to my friends and family. I will definitely stay there on my next trip.
