Would never rent from this property owner or at that same location ever again.

It says max 8 guests and additional 35$ for extra guests. After I book the property owner told me he only allowed 6 guests and could only add 2 more guests at 70$ A NIGHT!. I had never booked a place like this so I was new to all this. When we arrived I decided to add more guests and asked at the office if I could do it there and was told no. Some how the guy at the office lied to the property owner and said I tried bribing him with cash like 35$ a night for one person was a lot. The owner called me raising his voice at me trying to call me a liar saying I wasn’t a man or some no non sense like that. I kept my cool not wanting to loose the money I had already payed for the apartment. The next day my wife and sister and 2 KIDS ages 5 and 7 were harassed by one of the security guards saying we had too many ppl in the apartment when there was fewer guest then what was on the list. You can’t have any visitors whatsoever. If you’re wanna go and just relax and bot go out this is the place for you. Wanna spend time wirh family and enjoy yourself I suggest you book somewhere else.

Beautiful place and great location

Overall this place is a great location to stay. Fantastic view of the ocean, you can capture beautiful sunsets, close access to the pool and jacuzzi, and the parking lot. The complex is perfectly situated with private beach access and feels safe. It’s a great space to stay with a family or group. Overall very clean with the exception of the fridge smelling bad but I think that might be because they shut off power to the unit when no one stays, perhaps people have left food and it goes bad. The guards at the entrance gave us a hard time more than once and were a little rude but that has nothing to do with the actual apartment. The decor was a little excessive and cluttery, we had to move it out of the way to have counter space and then put it back before check out but that was’t too much of a big deal for us. The property owner was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and I’ve already recommended it to a couple friends. Really enjoyed our long weekend here.

The best penthouse in town !

What a great stay and home! The home is beautiful and my family loved it ! Great location to everything including the private beach. Shawn the owner is great with communicating and telling you everything you will need. We will Definitely would love to stay there again !!!

Amazing place to celebrate my 50th birthday!

I came here to celebrate my 50th birthday with my boys and we had such a great time! The condo is conveniently located with 24 hour security so we felt extra safe. The place is very clean, organized, spacious, with an amazing ocean view. Shawn was always very responsive to any questions that I had and was most accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice, relaxing getaway.

Complete bliss, delight and peace

I highly enjoyed staying at Shawn's place. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The lay out of the penthouse is beautiful and views are beyond stunning. It was so enjoyable that I decided to skip out on going out and stayed in the entire weekend. There are more than enough pools and jacuzzis so that it was never crowded. The place is family friendly and felt very safe. The only suggestion I have is that the host supply the basic necessities such as TP, paper towers and toothpaste. However, there is a store nearby where I was able to purchase these items. I highly recommend Shawn's place for a romantic or family getaway. I look forward to staying here again.

Nice Getaway Location

We haven’t been to Baja in a while and we were nervous based on past experiences. The whole family loved the home, location, amenities and especially the views of the ocean all around. It was a great get away!

Great property. Great views. Looks like the condo is getting ready for a little updating, nice. Need more cooking utensils. Comfortable beds. Good bathrooms. Great for families. Had a blast.

I loved everything about this property!! The biew was marvelous!! My mom loved just being able to sit on the balcony watching the sunset ocean view!! My family and i loved the fact that there was security 24/7 .. i highly recommend!!

Nice condo in nice location

This condo was an overall nice place to stay. The property has several pools and jacuzzis. (I wasn’t happy that a guard chased my 9-year-old out of the lap pool on Saturday but then let younger kids swim in it the following day, but so be it.) The building is right on a sandy beach with incredible views. My only complaint about the interior of the unit is that the carpets desperately need to be cleaned. Other than that, the unit was great. Overall, we had a great time there.

Scenic, Great Location, and Completely Safe!

I had a lovely stay at Shawn's condo. It was well-appointed, safe, and had scenic views. The condo itself is big, with large rooms, and a large master bath (Quick note ... do not use both showers at the same time as one will experience a significant decrease in water pressure). The staff and security were friendly and I felt completely safe while on the property. It is a great place to get away and still enjoy the night life (short 5 min. ride). I would definitely stay here again!!

Very comfortable stay. Views espectacular, facilities are very well kept and safe. Security is friendly and very present. Can’t walk to downtown but it’s a short drive. Beach was very private with no street vendors soliciting to sell products. I plan on coming back. Bring toiletries and beach towels, they are not provided.
