South Forest Beach is one of the most popular residential communities on the island. Our home is just 1 mile from the many restaurants, bars and shopping venues at Coligny Plaza. Visitors can enjoy more than 16 miles of pedestrian/bike paths winding throughout the community. Sunset at the iconic Harbour Town Yacht Basin is spectacular.
Our home is the 3,024 square foot, 4BR/3BA beach retreat of your dreams. Custom vaulted ceilings, multiple living areas and two master suites provide plenty of space for family time or privacy in your getaway oasis. A secluded backyard features a sparkling private pool and spa for your personal enjoyment. Mature trees and lush landscaping lend a tropical feel while you swim or relax in the spa. The beach is only 200 yards, down a shady pedestrian path, from our back yard.
LIVING AREA: Relax beneath dramatic coffered ceilings in the living area, A posh leather sectional invites you to unwind while you select one of many DVDs to watch or stream your favorite TV show on the 55" flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: An immaculate open kitchen will delight the chefs in your party. Plenty of counter space sets the scene for culinary creativity. The breakfast bar will seat five while dinner simmers. The kitchen is equipped with an abundance of cookware, dinnerware and utensils, including Keurig and standard coffee makers. The side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker has plenty of space for groceries and frozen cocktails.
An elegant dining area with a custom ceiling is the perfect place to serve special meals. The dining table will seat six with space for extra guests.
BEDS & BATHROOMS: This beautiful two story home can easily accommodate 10 guests. It has four spacious bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa on the second floor loft. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV with popular streaming services.
The first floor has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen bed and shares a spacious bathroom, including a walk-in shower, with Bedroom 2 across the hallway. Bedroom 2 boasts a pair of comfortable twin beds and direct access, via a sliding glass door, to the pool/patio area. Bedroom 3 has a California king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a combination Jacuzzi tub/shower.
The master suite is on the second floor. It features a 20 foot Palladium window providing dramatic views of live oak trees and Spanish moss. It has a stately California king bed that welcomes you. Curl up on the twin recliners with one of many books from the bookshelves or watch a movie streaming on Netflix. The en-suite bathroom features a two person walk-in shower, double vanity and separate toilet closet.
The second floor loft is a quiet retreat with four skylights and and a queen sleeper sofa where guests can escape for some personal time.
OUTDOOR AREA: Tall trees and lush plants provide a stunning tropical backdrop to your private backyard oasis. Take a refreshing swim in the unsupervised pool before diving into a magazine or book. There is plenty of poolside seating, umbrellas and a dining table for six. A propane gas grill is always ready for a family style cookout. A secluded pedestrian path can deliver you to the beach in about two minutes.
AMENITIES: Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an outdoor shower, outdoor propane grill, washer/dryer, and parking for four cars in the private driveway..
The pool/spa can be heated during your stay for an optional fee of $700 per week. We will need at least 72 hours notice to heat the pool or spa.
