Enjoy peaceful mountain views from your oversized covered porch. This condo includes access to 6 pools: indoor pool (heated year-round), water slide pool, lap/lounge pool, kids pool, waterfall pool, and pool with shallow end. Amenities also includes: 4 hot tubs (heated year-round), exercise room, basketball, pickleball, and 3 playgrounds.

3 bed/2 bath. Sleeps 14. Maximum Occupancy 14. Bed Configuration: Master King | Guest Queen | Guest 2 Full Bunks (4 Full Beds) . We also provide a queen sized Aerobed (comfortable air mattress). Second level. 1600 sq feet. Mountain view. Built 1984. Fireplace is non-functional for safety.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great with pools to enjoy and easy access to walking/biking trail. Our only disappointment was the beds were quite old and some of the furniture was broken.

Very comfortable and homey

This place was very comfortable for the 6 of us. Beds were comfy. Living room was perfect for our training and chat sessions. Dining room was perfect for playing games and socializing. Only 3 minor issues. Top bunk beds felt very unsteady and the shower wasn't fully working in the bathroom in the hallway and remote control in the master bedroom is not working.

Wonderful getaway.

Very nice, conveniently located property. Activities avail. for kids of all ages. Las Palmas itself is getting a little rundown, but this condo seemed well maintained. Great for our large crew. The views off the back deck were incredible.

Nice unit, nice facilities

The unit was great for the 6 of us and the facilities (pools, basketball courts, etc.) were also very good. The location is wonderful for visiting the attractions of Southern Utah. We do wish the weather had not been so hot.
