6th floor-2 Bdr. 2 Baths beach front condo in low-rise building on the West side of Panama City beach . Total of 8th floors with two elevators on the each side of the building . With room for six guests, this great condo futures a king bed, a queen bed, and a cozy sleeper sofa, offering comfort and relaxation. This beach home offers a private beach access just a few steps away from Aquavista, as well as the private parking on site. The large balcony offers plenty of seating to enjoy the view of the ocean or experience the most gorgeous sun set at the Gulf. Discover the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience at this stunning beach property, just a short distance ( 1 mile) from the main attractions and dining located at the Pier Park. A grocery store , CVS pharmacy and the liquor store is conveniently located across the street. AV is just a short stroll from McGuire's hottest new pub and restaurant in PCB. Only a few minutes drive to the new Recreational Complex in Panama City Beach. Weather you are planning a family getaway or peaceful retreat, our resort offers something for everyone. Families will love the kid-friendly amenities and activities, while couples or solo travelers can enjoy the serene beach vibes and nearby dining experiences. Granddaughters first trip to the beach!

The unit was great. Sladjana was so helpful and quick to respond. The parking was easy. Right near the elevator. The room was also close to the elevator and the access to the beach was easy. Our 9 month old grandaughter had a great first trip to the beach and we will be back!!!

Aquavista Resort

The unit was as advertised and clean. The balcony, and being on the 6th floor was incredible. Spent a lot of time out there. Communication with the owner was amazing. Our only complaints are with the complex/resort. Suppose to have a hot tub, but that was out of order and under major construction. Would have been nice to know that, since I made a point to pick a place that included a hot tub. The complex/resort in general just seemed outdated and needs freshened up some. All in all we had a great time.

The location and views were amazing. I love how the beach wasn’t too crowded because of the private beach access. Owner was quick to respond when I told her I was on my way and even wished me safe travels. For sure plan to book again!

Close to everything. Smaller condo means less people on beach. Easy parking. Elevators. Patio overlooking the beach. Grocery store and liquor store across the street. Minutes to Pier Park. Will be back

Absolutely stunning!

Condo was great, view from balcony was awesome. Location was great it was near many things convenient grocery store across the street. The only problem was the elevators were slow and sometimes out of service and hot tub was out of service. But I would definitely stay again.

Just being honest

Good View Floors are new and nice The hosts are courteous and responsive Bad Ceiling fan doesn’t work in living room, replaced the batteries in the remote and still didn’t work Light over the island doesn’t work at all Light bulbs in both bathrooms are all different colors/lumens Used toilet paper rolls when we arrived rather than new ones Floor mats in bathrooms are dingy and cheap The beds are old and worn out spring mattresses, very uncomfortable and wake up sore I had to connect the cable to the tv in the guest rooom only to find out the service to that room wasn’t hooked up, son had to watch movies on a tablet the entire stay The blinds over the glass in the living and dining room are broken and don’t twist properly, I had to put them back in line before I could even open the blinds Appliances are old and outdated. This may seem small to some of you but when I sit down and think about how much money I spend on a place for a week, $3-$4k I truly expect much better than this. Everywhere in this area has increased their prices by at least $1000 for a weeks stay and are completely taking advantage of tourists when they come down here. We love the beach and the view but we will spend our money in places that have a much better value for our dollar.

Enjoyed our family vacation

The condo was nice & was close to everything we like to do & places we frequently eat at. The only downfall was the property is under construction/renovation & parking was very limited due to half of the parking spots being roped off. Also the elevator went down for 1 day & we had to walk up & down 6 flights of stairs & the elevator was very shaky when it was operating. Once construction is finished I would stay again in the future.

Disappointing

We stayed sun-sat, the elevators were down sun-wed. The owner stated she wasn’t aware but I’m pretty confident she wasn’t truthful because I had asked a couple other owners about the elevators and they said they have been down for some time, the main one for months, and the one on the end for weeks. The place was dirty. We walked around in our bare feet the first few hours of getting there and our feet were black. We kept our shoes on the remainder of the time. The hot tub wasn’t working either, I asked a man who had been staying there over the winter how long it had been out and he said at least 3 weeks. The hot tub was a main factor for me in picking a place so that was quite disappointing, however, the elevators was beyond ridiculous. The elevators alone would have made me cancel, that is why I don’t think the owner communicated that. The building itself is old and run down, I would not come here again and I would advise anyone else thinking about this renting this place to avoid it! Also, I rented this unit because of the reviews and I have a hard time believing that any of them were true, because of how bad this experience was. This was not my first time in a Vrbo and so I know what to expect and this was a huge let down!

602e was clean and nice but the Aquavista hot tub was broken

We enjoyed our room especially the nice master shower. It was clean and had everything we needed. The one disappointing part of our trip was that Aquavista's hot tub was broken and we were not compensated for missing out on that accommodation.

Let's face it, if you're staying in a beach side property facing the beach in PCB you will have a fantastic view of some of the most beautiful beaches and sunsets anywhere. This property was no exception but because you get that in like 85% of the properties on the beach it would not be right to base a review solely on that. I have been privileged over the years to stay in a variety of properties on the beach in PCB for both pleasure and for work. I have stayed in some that were just OK and some that were quite upscale. This unit and property sit squarely in the middle. It was clean, well appointed with kitchen needs and plenty of amenities. The linens were nice and in good condition, etc. It is decent size with a good layout and plenty of space for 6 to 8 people. It was in need of some upgrades (couches could be replaced under the band-aid of couch covers, the drop ceiling tiles were clearly dated, and the mirrors are also dated, although I understand their design purpose was to make the unit look bigger than it was they were needed everywhere. The greatness of this property/unit is two-fold, the location and the property manager, Sladjana. The building sits directly across from a grocery store and pizza joint and a half a block from a nice local bar, and is far enough westward on the strip that you don't get a ton of late cruising traffic. Beach side, the building is flanked by two rows of townhomes instead of mega condo buildings which means that there was always plenty of beach space. Sladjana is a rockstar, plain and simple!! Super responsive, super polite, and totally on top of things!! I'd rent here again just because of her. Conclusion, there a fancier places to stay but this play ticks all the boxes and its shortcomings are really superficial considering you visit for the beach! The property location and Sladjana make this a strong contender against more fancy properties and worth making this unit a regular stay.
