Welcome to Sundaze, your home away from home in the charming Gulf Reflections community just off Scenic 30A near Gulf Place. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood and just a short stroll to the beach, this spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath retreat is thoughtfully designed for gathering, relaxing, and making lasting memories. Step inside to a bright, open-concept living area perfect for spending time together after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen features an extended breakfast bar — ideal for morning coffee, family breakfasts, or evening cocktails. This home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, and every bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom — providing both comfort and privacy for everyone in your group.

Snorkel the Seahorse Reef

Now a thriving habitat for marine life, it’s a favorite destination for snorkelers. For the best experience, we recommend accessing the reef by paddleboard or kayak, as conditions can vary.

Snowbird Information
We welcome snowbirds! January and February are available for monthly stays. Arrival must be on the 1st of the month and departure must be on the 1st of the month. There is a $150 additional cleaning fee applies to monthly stays. Please message us for a custom quote.

SunDaze is wonderful - highly recommend!

This home was perfect for 8 guests and an infant. Each couple had their own spacious room and bathroom. It is a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed riding the bikes that were provided and exploring all the nearby beach towns. We would definitely stay here again and already can't wait for our next vacation!

Great family getaway!!!

The house was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. A big plus is that each bedroom has it’s own full bath and TV. The beach was close (7 min walk or 3 min by car or golf cart), which made it really easy to take beach breaks and chill out for lunch. Can sleep 10-12 comfortably with the 4th bedroom having two double beds, a single top bunk and extra portable bed. We loved our stay there.

Our family absolutely loved Sundaze! It’s in an amazing location, just a quick walk to the beach and fabulous restaurants of 30a! The home was clean, cozy, had a closet full of beach essentials! This place really has it all! We have found a new spot to stay at on 30a, and that’s Sundaze!! You will not regret staying here, I promise!

Needs better parking that was a nightmare trying to get a parking pass . Kept getting slip put on our vehicle that it was going to be towed.

Parking Issues

The property was wonderful, we had a great time and the location was awesome. The only problem is for a house that sleeps 12, they only have space for 2 cars. The house lists overflow parking, but we needed a permit to park in that space and they offered no permits even after we inquired.

We loved Sundaze… big , clean and convenient for a big family

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Every room has its own bathroom with and extra powder room downstairs. The kitchen was roomy and stocked with lots of utensils and dishes.. we loved cooking a lot of meals in : breakfast lunches dinners .. all easy to do! Each morning we walked or rode the trike down to the beach… early morning walks are beautiful! Close enough to be down and back before everyone woke up. Perfect pig or the local coffee shop is a nice place to eat … also Goatfeathers and many others are super close! We were surprised to have an early morning service on the beach each Sunday morning by Hope on the Beach church… we loved that! So many fun things to do , close to the beach and a nice big house with a pool! Definitely recommend and we will be back

good times at sundazed

we enjoyed our stay in Santa Rosa. The home was spacious and accommodated our group.The A/C was on point, the beds were comdy for the most part but the linens on the main bed in bunk room did not fit the bed and kept coming off the description states that two rooms have a king bed and two rooms have a queen bed. I am pretty certain that one of the rooms the mattress was a devil not a queen. It was nice for each couple to have their own room and bathroom however The sinks and showers could use some draino. they did not drain well . The kitchen def needs some restocking / fixing as well some touch paint throughout the house . There was only one dishtowel, 4 spoons , no pot holders. very few cooking accessories , the dishwasher was broken and smelled. there are lots of near by places to eat that are good. we enjoyed shunk gulleys , shelbys nlue mable and mimmos . The public beach is beyond crowded , like if you don’t put chairs out at 6:30 in the morning you will have a hard time finding a spot! you def need a golf cart or bikes to get to beach or eating places, its a little hike from house . Over all we had a great time but definitely expected a little more .

Perfect size for our family vacation.

Beautiful home. Perfect amount of space for us and our 3 adult kids with spouses and children. Each family had their own bathroom which worked out great. Living room/kitchen dining great space to hang out to watch tv or play games. The location was close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Our family vacation will hold lots of great memories for years to come. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful house and good location

Wonderful house and all the bedrooms having it own bathroom were a plus. Good location walking distance to restaurants and beach. Downfall of the beach owned by private property so only limited spaces and get very crowded in that area. We found going about half a mile down the road was better

Favorite place in 30A

Quiet neighborhood, perfect location, and all amenities within walking distance. Everything was beautifully decorated inside the house and large spacious hot showers for the entire family. Also included were beach chairs and body boards for the kids. Will definitely be coming back with friends and family to stay at SunDaze!

Nice, comfortable home

The house is very nice with plenty of space. Loved that all four bedrooms each had its own full bath, plus there's a half bath in the living/kitchen area. Very cute and comfy. Two pools in the community were nice. The smaller one is right around the corner from the house. The distance from the beach was further than we'd like although still walkable and pretty easy.

Great Place!

This was just a short little stroll to the the beach and so close to all the little shops with food or ice cream. Yet it was off to itself enough you didn’t feel like your were on top of everyone else. We honestly couldn’t say enough nice things about it. It was very clean, looked clean and neat very nicely decorated and just pleasant all the way around. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of towels and pillows in each bathroom and bedroom. There was a bike for use and knee boards and beach chairs and a beach blanket. Just very well thought out and supplied for a nice stay. Was very pleased made for a super nice stay!

Perfect Beach-Home with Short Walks to the Beach

Opening the door to Sundaze beach house was inviting, refreshing, and everything you can ask for in a vacation-style home. Amenities included modern glass showers in every room, hardwood floors, a full kitchen with utensils and kitchenware, large comfortable beds, a kids' room with bunk beds, and every room even has mounted smart TVs with full wireless high-speed internet access! The downstairs closet had access to beach chairs and toys with a full-size washer and dryer. The outdoor area included a propane grill and patio furniture to enjoy after a day at the beach or pool just behind the home. Within walking distance on paved sidewalks you can find; fresh seafood at Shunk Gulley, Pizza by the Sea, Surf Shop for any beach necessities, and a Liquor Store for adult beverages. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and family and we will 100% be coming back as everything was perfect and clean! A+

Amazing location, a quick walk or bike to the amazing beach. Very clean home with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Beach chairs, towels and toys so you don’t have to bring or rent anything. Fully stocked kitchen and even a grill out back. The neighborhood pool is directly behind the house and it feels like it’s your personal pool with nice lounge chairs and a table for snacks. Very cozy and inviting. We will definitely be staying her again soon.
