Welcome to 406 King Charles, Unit 5
Overview: Enjoy a bright, sunny southern exposure, a covered front porch, and a rear patio ideal for grilling. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience. The first floor features an open floor plan with living and dining areas at the front of the home and a beautiful kitchen and family room at the rear. This level includes a pantry, a full bathroom, and a laundry area. The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinetry, granite counters, a stone backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and updated flooring.
The second floor includes a primary bedroom with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms and a third full bathroom. The home offers off-street parking for two cars, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and comfortable sleeping space for six guests. This prime location is only steps from the beach, the boardwalk, and downtown Rehoboth Beach.
Location: Downtown Rehoboth Beach, one block from the boardwalk and beach.
Parking: Off-street parking for two cars.
Amenities: Outdoor shower, gas grill, washer and dryer, and an electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
Things To Know: Linens are not supplied, but a rental package is available upon request. No pets and no smoking allowed.

Decent house, great location

Townhouse is an older old property with some moderate level renovations downstairs. Small bathrooms. Property was clean except for black/green goop that was hanging from the shower head in master BR. Also the shower layout in a couple of the bathrooms is poor. Location is terrific - close to town, beach, boardwalk. Property came with two Rehoboth parking passes but we never needed them because we walked everywhere. We had a great time. Beware there is no toilet paper or paper products of any kind when you arrive so bring your own. Also no linens - you can rent from the very corporate property management company.

Great location, quiet, perfect for a relaxing beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! Kitchen is fully stocked, the outdoor shower was great for washing off sand, and the house was comfortable and quiet. If you rent linens, note that there is one full bed in the bunk bed configuration. We got twin sheets instead, but made it work.

The proximity to the beach and boardwalk and size of the property was perfect for a week (or longer) in Rehoboth Beach.

Amazing location and plenty of space

Family of 5, with young children. Great location for access to town/boardwalk/beach. House was clean, and had games/puzzles for kids. Recommend!

Love love love

A block from the Atlantic, 4 minute walk to the main drag on Rehoboth Ave, a quick drive everywhere else. The house was perfect for a family of 5, three nice bedrooms, 3 full baths and an outdoor shower. All the amenities are nice and the kitchen is brand new. Our second year in a row at this propert and highly recommend.one of our all time favorites.

Great location and comfortable home

Was looking for a place within walking distance with a toddler.. which isn’t far! This fit the bill and had all bedrooms on the same floor which is important to me. House was well stocked for cooking indoors and out. Only downside was the master bed mattress but I can’t say I remember having a great bed in a rental so par for the course!

Beautiful home in a spectacular location

4 minutes walk to Rehoboth Ave, 2 minute walk to the beach. The house was great, from the updated appliances, to the comfy beds and ample furniture. Easy enough to cook our own meals and stock the fridge as well as run down to the boardwalk or any number of restaurants for good eats. Loved it!

Great location, great house

The property was better than the pictures. It had everything we needed, including beach chairs, toys and games, fully stocked kitchen equipment and utensils. Plus, it was only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and four blocks from the main drag in Rehoboth; easy to walk to Rehoboth Ave, but quiet at night.
