Wonderful New Townhome Steps to Downtown Greenville

New Townhome within walking distance from Downtown Greenville! Located only a few blocks away from Main Street in the West End, you can either walk to everywhere downtown or take a very quick car ride. Built in 2021, everything is brand new including furniture and appliances. We have a great living area, kitchen, and dining all on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry. This place has everything you need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
The first floor features a beautiful open concept with a living area, dining, and full kitchen. Living area has a comfy sectional couch that pulls out to a queen size bed, and it overlooks a 55 inch flat screen tv. The kitchen and dining area contain everything you need for prepping and enjoying any meal. Upstairs contains a washer and dryer, and two identical size bedrooms, each with their own queen size bed, full bathroom, and closet. This townhome is part of a new Duplex, and has an identical townhome right next-door. There is a nice spacious backyard that is shared with the townhome next door.
Its within walking distance to the main attractions downtown such as; Fluor Field, Gather Greenville, Fall's Park, Liberty Bridge, and Peace Center. Also, within close proximity to St. Francis Hospital. Great location to enjoy all that Greenville has to offer. You can either walk to places downtown or take a very quick car ride. This townhouse has parking space for two cars and it shares a driveway and backyard with the townhome next door. It is nice and private as there are empty lots on both sides of the Duplex.

Great place & location!

Great Option for Greenville - Super Clean!

This may have been the cleanest Vrbo that we’ve stayed at. It was exactly what we needed for our weekend in Greenville. Quick drive downtown. Everything was great. Would stay here again for sure.

Just like home

We truly enjoyed our stay while visiting family in Greenville. The condo has all the amenities hotels provide and it was very clean. The beds were super comfy and it’s a quiet neighborhood. The only drawback is that it’s not within walking distance from downtown.

Greenville weekend

The condo was perfect for 2 couples and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Super clean and Shane was fantastic to work with, very responsive and going above expectations by offering to send a list of nearby restaurants. We’d definitely recommend.

Home Away From Home

My husband and I recently stayed at the property during my spring break from school. The property was immaculate and Shane was most accommodating. I would highly recommend this property. It has all of the amenities of home and Shane was an AMAZING host. We will definitely visit again!

Perfect Townhome Close to Downtown Area

Townhome was clean and exactly as pictured. We were in town for a wedding and also rented the townhome next door for our parents. It is pet-friendly which was a must for us! We were very happy with our stay and had no issues whatsoever.

Great home and new construction

Shane was very available and helpful. We stayed here to explore Greenville as a possible place to live. Good location to the city plus quick access to TR and other areas we were considering. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and quiet area even though in the city. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

My husband began ill while traveling from DC and had to be hospitalized in Greenville. This house was perfectly located to the hospital, great eateries, and grocery stores. We had to extend our stay and Sean was extremely accessible and supportive. His townhouse is well appointed and perfectly located. If I was to visit Greenville for pleasure, I would stay at Sean's. It is a great location.

Perfect place

We had a great time in Shane's brand new-like townhome. It was clean and well-maintained—one of two units on the property. The excellent location made it easy to get around Greenville. Very close to downtown. Shane is a great host. Highly recommend. I will stay with Shane again!

Wonderful Stay

We loved staying at this townhome! We met Shane (the owner) as he was cutting the grass one day and he was very nice. Everything we needed was provided, and it was perfect being able to bring our dog with us (it was so clean though, you’d never know it was pet friendly). The neighborhood is going through some revitalizing with very beautiful homes being built all around. We felt very safe here, and it is close by to so many good spots with just a 5 minute drive. I will definitely be recommending these townhomes to anyone looking to stay in the Greenville area!

Would recommend

We stayed for a long weekend with our three teenagers. It was a quick drive downtown, and we really enjoyed checking out Falls Park, shops/restaurants on Main St, and Gather Greenville. Unit was as other reviewers described…convenient, clean, felt safe, easy to communicate with owner. We do not have pets so was nervous about possible dog hair but that wasn’t an issue.

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay - near Downtown Greenville

My son and I had a wonderful "mommy and me" weekend stay at the beautiful townhome. The home was clean and very relaxing. It was conveniently located near Downtown Greenville and close enough to the mountains for a quick trip to Jeter Mountain Farm, Dupont State Forest and Lake Jocassee. My son and I also spent the day on the water kayaking Saluda River from Hunts Bridge. Shane was very pleasant and responsive during the trip which was appreciated since this was our first time staying in Greenville. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Walkability was fine.

An earlier review gave us the idea we'd have trouble walking downtown. Not for us. We mostly walked everywhere. The property is well maintained. We had no issues with noise, neighbors or facilities. It was hot but the townhome stayed nice and cool during our weekend.

Outstanding stay for biking - see below for tips

As other reviews have stated, the property feels brand new and everything is very professional. It felt like a blend between a rental and a hotel because of all the included touches (water, coffee pods, soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, etc). I don't have a problem staying at places where you need to supply those things yourself and strip the beds before you leave, but it was nice for a change to stay here where everything was taken care of. Here are some tips: 1. If you want water from the fridge, don't set your glass down where the ice comes out because the water sprays in front of that on to the floor. It's an easy problem to solve: just use the cup itself to press the water button. 2. Although it's less than a 10 minute bike to Falls Park, etc (or probably a ~20 minute walk), the property is on a 4 lane road. It was never that busy, but it's not super bike friendly so I would stay on the sidewalk and get off it ASAP. 3. That 4-lane road has a slightly raised median in front of the property so if you have to turn left to get in you need to go just past the driveway and do more than a 90 degree turn to get in. As mentioned, the road was never that busy so this wasn't a problem. 4. We drove to Unity Park but it looks like that would be an even easier ride than going to Falls Park. It is an excellent home base for biking the Swamp Rabbit Trail that I highly recommend. Go north for exercise, south for sights (Falls, Cancer Garden, Cleveland Park, etc).

Lovely House

My daughter said "It's like staying in a model home." Shane's house is new and clean. The yard was very nice for our dog, there was plenty of space for parking two cars. I would definitely stay again when we travel to Greenville.

Fabulous rental! Fabulous host!

You can't go wrong with this spacious rental -- super clean and well-appointed. Shane is also a very accommodating host, who quickly responds to any questions/concerns. We will definitely try to book this property the next time we visit Greenville!

Swamp Rabbit biking & Dining in GVille

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location was a short 30 min walk or $6 Uber ride to downtown and the place was great & just as described. Very nice. We'll likely be back. Really had a great weekend here.
