Main level features fully equipped kitchen, 70" smart TV, balcony, living space, half bath.

Upper level features 2 bedrooms one with king bed, one queen bed, both rooms equipped with smart TVs and private bathroom.

Bottom level features two car tandem garage (for storage not parking) with commercial epoxy floor, store your bikes or tailgating gear, plenty of free parking nearby.

Terrific Greenville Spot

Property was excellent, a newly constructed 3-story townhome that was nicely furnished and clean. We really appreciate the no pet policy! Great central location to explore the area. Quiet and respectful neighbors. Would definitely stay again in future.

Perfect location

Best communication out of any vrbo property we've ever stayed. Ralph checked on us daily. The place was great and had everything we needed. The location was safe and near downtown as advertised. The beds were super comfortable to us. I will forewarn anyone that there are some steps to the unit but they were a minor inconvenience for us however, it may not be for someone recovering from an injury or an elderly person. Nice welcome card and a welcome book awaited us when we arrived. 5 star stay and will consider for the future as we frequent the Greenville area often! Best wishes.....

Clean and beautifully decorated

Great stay for five nights. Very close to downtown. Great mattresses for good night sleep. Quiet neighborhood. Hosts stayed in touch to ensure all needs covered.

Fall Weekend in Greenville

We know Greenville very well and decided to take a break from the hotel scene. This is a great property in a very convenient location to all the city has to offer. Wonderful experience all around.

Family Weekend

The weekend had some surprises as Hurricane Helene rolled in on Thursday night. Ralph, the premier host, absolutely made sure we had an easy check in process plus more important he continued to communicate with me during the weekend as conditions worsen. The accomendations were a hit and made the weekend! We had a fun but stormy weekend. I highly recommend this place for your next stay in the Greenville area

Greenville townhome

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice townhome within walking distance to DT Greenville. It was very well stocked, clean and was exactly what the pictures portrayed. Ralph was easy to deal with and checkin was a breeze. Would highly recommend!!

Great place to stay!

Photos and description are accurate! This was a beautiful comfortable and convenient place to stay! Beds were comfy, all the amenities were great, and the host's attention to detail - couldn't be happier! This townhome is VERY close to everything in downtown Greenville, and we even found it very convenient to access major roadways for day trips we took to Lake Keowee, Hendersonville, etc. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you hosts for a great stay! We returned home to Central Florida with a smile!

Lovely and quiet!

I cannot recommend this property and these owners enough! Ralph and Carrie created a beautiful, well appointed home in a fantastic location. The townhome was clean, fresh, stylish, and comfortable--all rooms were fully stocked with quality materials and appliances. My sisters and I enjoyed the living room, kitchen, and balcony during our visit. The furniture and decor were beautifully done, and the kitchen was outfitted with high quality utensils/tableware/etc. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean, spacious, and lovely. The location is perfect because it's under 10 minutes to downtown but SO quiet--we never heard a neighbor or traffic. Parking was easy and close. Ralph and Carrie were great about messaging us to check in and make sure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. I could not have asked for anything better!

Short and Sweet

We had a quick trip to Greenville with our kids, this condo was close to town. It had everything we needed, and the host was excellent keeping in touch with us! We’d stay here again!

Great Family Rental

My family and I recently stayed 3 nights and had a great experience. Ralph was helpful and easy to communicate with. The rental was close to all of our downtown activities and very well put together. There was helpful information set out for us when we arrived and the property had any item we could have needed. I would definitely recommend this rental for anyone looking for a modern, clean and conveniently located stay in Greenville!

Great spot!

Ralph was attentive & easy to communicate with! The place was loaded with anything g we needed! Location was close enough to walk downtown- but away from the noise. The beds were comfortable!! This will be my go-to Greenville stay!!

Outstanding stay!

Our small family had a wonderful stay here. Very nice place on the interior in what seems to be new construction. Decor and what’s provided were tremendous. Close to everything Greenville has to offer - Main St, Unity Park, Reedy Park with the gorgeous waterfall and more. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Perfect Family of Four Greenville Getaway!!

Wow what a great gem of a find! My husband and I wanted a quiet spring break this year for us and our two children (3 and 5 years old). It is a great house with plenty of living space. It was so nice to be able to put the kids to sleep and still stay up and relax in the living room without them waking up- huge parent plus!! The house was extremely clean and adorably decorated! They had a few games to play as well which was a nice family touch. The house was equipped with everything we needed for the week between kitchen supply’s and also soaps, shampoos, conditioner, etc. They really thought of everything! We used the balcony daily as well for a nice relaxing time outside. The best part about the stay was it was within 5-8 minutes from everything we wanted to do (parks, restaurants, ice cream, zoo, children’s museum, the walking trail, etc.). We never had issues figuring out a fun adventure with so much around it. Location was wonderful!! It also seemed extremely safe in a quiet part of town. The town house was also very quiet itself. We truly fell in love with Greenville SC after this week and we cannot wait to come visit again soon! Thanks so much for everything!

Great Place for 4 Near Center

We spent 2 great weeks here where we had easy access to Main Street, restaurants, river trail and unit has everything for a party of 4. Would definately do it again!

Wonderful property

I would absolutely recommend renting this property for a small group. My husband, adult son, and I spent four nights at this beautiful property. It was recently remodeled and is beautifully decorated. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked--there was even an air fryer! The property is in a great location as it is easy walking distance to town and several local breweries. The owners responded quickly to our questions and left us helpful information about visiting Greenville. When booking this property I was concerned about the off-site parking, but parking is very close and convenient.

Spectacular Stay

All the previous reviews were spot on! The owners were tentative and quick to respond to any questions we had. The townhome itself was extremely clean, perfectly decorated and well equipped with everything you could possibly need and then some! The location was great, we much walked everywhere. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Greenville.
