Upscale 2 bed 2.5 bath newly built townhome adjacent to Starbucks, less than 1 mile to Main Street, Unity Park, The Commons, Southernside Brewery and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Main level features fully equipped kitchen, 70" smart TV, balcony, living space, half bath.

Upper level features 2 bedrooms one with king bed, one queen bed, both rooms equipped with smart TVs and private bathroom.

Bottom level features two car tandem garage (for storage not parking) with commercial epoxy floor, store your bikes or tailgating gear, plenty of free parking nearby.

Excellent property for our first visit to Greenville! Walking distance to downtown and the owners were very attentive! Property description was spot on and despite being a townhome, it was very quiet and relaxing! We highly recommend!!

Clean, well stocked, easy instructions for check in and check out.Great location -- close to downtown, but far enough away that parking/traffic was a breeze for days when we were just heading to a nearby sports event.We'd love to stay again if back in the area, thanks for having us!

We were able to walk to and from downtown easily which made enjoying Greenville a breeze! The home was beautiful and very comfortable. All of us had plenty of room to get away from one another when we needed to and we could all come together in the family room and kitchen. The kids enjoyed the outdoor balcony and having their own TV to watch, which made the parents happy to!

Property was excellent, a newly constructed 3-story townhome that was nicely furnished and clean. We really appreciate the no pet policy! Great central location to explore the area. Quiet and respectful neighbors. Would definitely stay again in future.

Fall Weekend in Greenville

Great Place for 4 Near Center

We spent 2 great weeks here where we had easy access to Main Street, restaurants, river trail and unit has everything for a party of 4. Would definately do it again!

Outstanding stay!

Our small family had a wonderful stay here. Very nice place on the interior in what seems to be new construction. Decor and what’s provided were tremendous. Close to everything Greenville has to offer - Main St, Unity Park, Reedy Park with the gorgeous waterfall and more. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice townhome within walking distance to DT Greenville. It was very well stocked, clean and was exactly what the pictures portrayed. Ralph was easy to deal with and checkin was a breeze. Would highly recommend!!

Great place to stay!

Photos and description are accurate! This was a beautiful comfortable and convenient place to stay! Beds were comfy, all the amenities were great, and the host's attention to detail - couldn't be happier! This townhome is VERY close to everything in downtown Greenville, and we even found it very convenient to access major roadways for day trips we took to Lake Keowee, Hendersonville, etc. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you hosts for a great stay! We returned home to Central Florida with a smile!
