This rare end unit faces south gaining more natural light & extended vistas to gaze out to. Located in building 2 of the Seasons at Sandpoint resort, you will experience the very best of both a luxury resort & all the amenities of staying in the downtown area. Start your day with an brisk lakeside nature walk next to the property along the Pend Oreille Bay Trail or head in the other direction into town for a local favorite cup of coffee at Evans Brothers Coffee. Walk out to your private beach area or onto your water craft for a summer's adventure on the lake. Head 20 minutes up towards Schweitzer for an excellent day of snow skiing or summer alpine pursuits. Meander around down town & surprise yourself with the quality of restaurants, boutiques, wine bars, & artists. Music is plentiful at the various pubs & eateries each night of the week in the summer.

The spacious master bedroom faces the water & has a large King bed, full bath en-suite, & a door to the balcony. The second bedroom has two Queen beds, & has direct access into the second full bathroom for the condo. The well-appointed kitchen makes home cooked meals a breeze or reserve a barbeque area in front of the beach for an outside meal. The covered outside deck is spacious & inviting for outdoor enjoyment. You'll overlook Seasons’ private beach & marina area as well as those Big Lake & Mountain Views. Fitness center is located on the lower level of the Retreat Center & just outside here you'll find a ping pong table as well as access to the always heated pool & hot tub. High speed internet is available in unit & throughout the property for when work is calls. One underground parking space is provided in the clean & heated garage.

Great spot

The host was so great about responding quickly. Our kids loved the place and the games provided. It was a fun location, easy walk to town and gorgeous view!

Great Unit on a great property

Really enjoyed our stay at Seasons in Sandpoint. Great property on the beach with short walk into town. It was well appointed and nicely furnished and decorated. Will be back for sure!

Sandpoint is a great family destination

Clean and well appointed. James was exceptionally easy to work with. Having bikes and paddle boards was a huge plus. The beach is great.

Amazing Location and Condo

We spent a week at this condo in Sandpoint. My family and I travel extensively and have for years and this is definitely one of the best summer vacations we have ever had. We rented a boat slip - lake is amazing and quiet and the condo complex is amazing. James was an incredible host and the condo was set up very very well.

Charming

My husband and I were celebrating our 26th anniversary and this property was a lovely place to stay. It was our first trip to Sandpoint and this waterfront condo offered great charm and amazing views of Lake Pend Oreille.

Awesome views!

Very nice place! It’s too bad I don’t cook while on vacation because the kitchen was absolutely stocked with everything. I can’t believe we have a supply chain shortage with all the trains that we’re going by!!!

Beautiful condo with great views

The property was beautiful with great amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool after some long hikes, and the outdoor BBQ and the fire pit made for a great evening on the beach. We enjoyed the use of the bikes that were provided, as there are nice places and bike paths to bike around town. Be sure to get up early and catch a sunrise! Fantastic! James was great to work with and was very accommodating and informative.

Gorgeous, comfortable and excellent service

The views from this property are spectacular showcasing the lake with the surrounding mountains. This specific condo is very luxurious with high end decor and appliances. The beds were VERY comfortable even our teenage girls mentioned how well they slept! The only minor negative is because this is a corner unit you hear the nearby train more than you would in the middle units. However, as long as the windows are closed at night it’s not too bad and there are also white noise machines available that help. Furthermore, the property manager James is a fantastic guy that will go above and beyond to address any issues immediately to make your stay comfortable. Overall, this is a five star property and we will definitely go back!

Happy Times

Owners thought of everything for this place. The manager (James) was above and beyond as far as seeing that we were happy with everything. This was our second year here. Will more then likely be back next year. Keep Smiling!!!!

Great condo/great view

This is a beautiful condo right on the lake with fantastic amenities. Love having a private beach right on the lake, fitness, heated pool, hot tub, etc. All very private and delightful. Only negative is it sits right by the train rails which goes day and night. If you bring ear plugs, not a problem since the condo is pretty sound proof.

Escape to Sandpoint

This is a beautiful condo! We loved the balcony overlooking the lake and all the little touches that make you feel comfortable away from home. James is very responsive and helpful, but not intrusive. We loved the security garage for our car and the included bikes for zipping around town. I would only mention that you do hear the trains come through at night, but they didn't bother us.

Great place to stay!

We loved the condo, which was beautifully appointed, and the hosts were very thorough and thoughtful. This lovely condo had a great location within walking distance of downtown Sandpoint. We enjoyed the hot tub, the complimentary coffee and tea, and the fireplace. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. There are train tracks nearby, just FYI. Thanks so much!

Family fun in the snow!

We took the family up on a ski trip and stayed at this unit. It was bright and clean and well appointed. The view was better than expected. The parking garage was perfect for getting in and out with our big group. The process and support was great!

Excellent host and property

We loved this rental and the attention to detail. James was very well organized and the house was extremely clean. It for our family of six perfectly. The beds are very comfortable as well. It was great to be on the beach. The property managers were very helpful about taking the cover off the pool for my kids. We would come visit again for sure!

A great stay on the lake.

The property is beautiful and spacious. The location is ideal if you want move around from pool to beach to a boat trip. James was very helpful with check and boat rental suggestions. This was our 1st trip to Lake Pend Orielle, but will return.

What a fabulous property! Wonderful views, great hospitality and a beautifully appointed interior made for a perfect stay for our cross-country trip. We loved it!

James was born near the Pacific Ocean & Julie was raised in the bayou outside of New Orleans. We were lucky enough to find the mountains of Idaho as adults. Love to play as much as possible and work when we have to, which is most of the time of course! Especially now raising two little toddlers we are go go go! Luckily we live in nature's playground so there is always something to do to keep everyone busy. We are big into snow sports, fly fishing, mountain biking, yoga, and all things kidcentric. Live a clean and sober life and care very much about health and wellness. I have been managing beautiful properties in Sandpoint since 2018 with my company, Point Property Management, llc.
