Soak in the big waterfront views and distant mountain peaks in beautiful Sandpoint, Idaho with family and friends! Boat slip available for additional fee (30ft max).

Well-appointed condo in downtown Sandpoint with optional boat slip rental for additional cost. The property has a waterfront hot tub & outdoor heated pool and numerous waterfront barbeques. With a private beach and marina area this property offers the most amenities in Sandpoint.

Your new favorite restaurant is a short walk away with the best homemade ice cream conveniently located on your way back!

This is a second floor, south end unit allowing for more windows and extra sunlight.

6 beds that can sleep 8 tired adventurers! King bed in master, Queen in second bedroom and 2 - Twin bunks in the third room allows family and friends to spread out and rest for the next day's adventure.

Master has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and door to balcony.

Open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining, and living room. Access to the balcony from the living room.

Community Amenities include:
The Retreat Center – A three-story Club House beside the lake with mountain and water views. There are decks leading out to the lakefront pool and hot tub. On the main floor is a private dining area and a free daily coffee bar available to all guests. A comfortable common area with seating and fireplace for relaxing and entertaining while the Wildflower Spa is on site to offer a full range of day spa treatments from Sandpoint’s finest practitioners who have earned “Best Day Spa” in Bonner County for five years and running thewildflowerdayspa.com Fitness Center with state-of-the-art fitness equipped with complete men’s and women’s locker room facilities. Very Well Managed and Wonderful Unit

Great property with excellent views and amenities. We love this property and stay here every year. The property manager was very helpful and responsive which was greatly appreciated. The fridge suddenly died one evening and he came right over with bags of ice and coolers to save the food and delivered a new fridge the next morning. We really appreciated being able to reach him quickly and easily and his timely and helpful response. He even took the time to show us another unit in the newest building next door. Thanks again James, see you next year!

Amazing location!

I would highly recommend staying here! The location is amazing and the condo is really clean and comfortable. We were a group of 7 adults, and had plenty of room. The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Lakeside Getaway

Plenty of space, comfortable and well stocked, amazing lakefront and mountain views. Nice amenities heated outdoor pool and hot tub and gym. Walk to town. Easy check in and great communication with owners.

A beautiful place

A great location for lake access and downtown access. Be prepared to hear frequent train traffic at all hours. Hosts do provide a noise machine and ear plugs.

Very nice condo, convenient location.

The condo felt spacious for our family of 6. It was very convenient to downtown Sandpoint. Overall the property is nice - pool and hot tub area are great. The workout area is kinda useless so don't plan on that for a workout. The only real drawback is the train - it is right outside a bedroom window and one night at around 3am we all woke up thinking it was running through the condo it was so loud. Earplugs are provided, which might help, but it's something that I'd evaluate when booking something in Sandpoint in the future. Obviously nothing the owners can do about it - the train just runs right through the middle of downtown sandpoint. I've stayed elsewhere in downtown Sandpoint in the past and while the train is not as loud in other areas, the late night bar crowd is. And we didn't have any of that at this property. Just trade offs to consider, I guess. Otherwise, the owner was super helpful and responsive during our stay. All in all a 5 star experience.

Family vacation

Family of 5 from Alberta, Canada. Condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. View from balcony was stunning. My boys used the pool which was nice. We utilized the towny bikes! We rented a boat slip for the week. Marina was great. Walking distance to downtown Sandpoint. James was fantastic! Great communication and very helpful & accommodating. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends/family. Will be visiting Sandpoint every summer 😊

Fun in the sun

Location location location ! Beautiful, peaceful yet within walking distance to all the town has to offer. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The property was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. We will be back.

Perfect Location

We stayed with her elderly parents in this beautiful condo overlooking the lake Pend Oreille. They enjoyed the view beyond measure. There is underground parking, beautiful walkways along the water, and it is so close to downtown. Great stay!

Perfection!

We were in Sandpoint for a cycling event and spent 3 nights. Our stay was nothing less than PERFECT! The home was so comfortable, spectacular views out all windows, wonderful amenities, and ideal location. And just as important, the communication and detail privided by the owner were so timely and helpful and proactive. We will be stauing there again! Everything was sooooo east and wonderful!

Incredible Stay

My sisters and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was sooo incredible! James, the host, was so helpful and was available if we ever needed anything. The house was just perfect with such amazing views of the lake and felt cozy sitting by the fire. It was also a short walk into town where there were such cute shops and restaurants. We had everything we possibly needed and we can’t wait to come back here again next year! Highly highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful stay on the lake.

Best place ever!

We did a mom’s snowshoe trip for the weekend and had the best time! The condo was beautiful and James was great with responses. He kept us updated on the weather, and had all of the coffee and snacks we could want :) We will definitely be coming back again!

Wonderful stay at Seasons

James was a wonderful host and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There was a basket waiting in the foyer when we arrived packed with snacks & goodies. We spent the Thanksgiving holiday at the condo and he ensured we had everything we needed to prepare our meal. As we entered the kitchen, a brand new roasting pan, Turkey lifter and baster sat on the stove. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality dishes and cookware. The condo was very clean and well stocked with thoughtful amenities for families: family games. Puzzles, kids toys etc. My sister kept saying, “these guys thought of everything!” Beds and linens were nice and very comfortable. The condo was incredibly cozy and we could not get enough of the beautiful lake views as we sat cozied around the fireplace. The groundskeepers at Seasons were really great too and immediately responded to requests for removal of the pool and hot tub covers. The clubhouse was gorgeous with a great fitness center downstairs. We did not book massages or spa treatments this stay but have in the past and highly recommend. Downtown Sandpoint was as cute and quaint as we remembered but with the addition of several new restaurants. We stuck to what we knew and did a steak and lobster night at Hydras and a Mexican meal at Jalapenos (both were great). We ordered in 2nd Ave pizza too and the kids LOVED it. We got lucky and got some snow while we were there which made our experience that much more authentic as a winter getaway. Unfortunately, Schweitzer didn’t have much snow but one of our kids spent a 1/2 a day at the mountain shredding and had a blast. We love Seasons at Sandpoint and will definitely return for another stay but I must say that James and his wife are by far the best hosts we’ve had during our stays. They were thoughtful and attentive and made us feel special. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

Amazing location on the lake!

We loved staying at this condo with our two year old daughter. we didn’t have to use our car hardly at all, we could walk everywhere we wanted. we loved playing on the private beach in the sand. She loved going to the city park that was right next to the condo. The deck was amazing with the view. We enjoyed playing cards out there every night. it’s the most beautiful place to stay and all of Sandpoint!

James was born near the Pacific Ocean & Julie was raised in the bayou outside of New Orleans. We were lucky enough to find the mountains of Idaho as adults. Love to play as much as possible and work when we have to, which is most of the time of course! Especially now raising two little toddlers we are go go go! Luckily we live in nature's playground so there is always something to do to keep everyone busy. We are big into snow sports, fly fishing, mountain biking, yoga, and all things kidcentric. Live a clean and sober life and care very much about health and wellness. I have been managing beautiful properties in Sandpoint since 2018 with my company, Point Property Management, llc.
