Welcome to Molly's Getaway!

Enjoy a well stocked kitchen, living room with TV, outdoor fire pit, and large private yard with creek.

Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The downstairs master bedroom overlooks the creek and backyard. The upstairs bedroom has 2 XL twin beds, a second bathroom/shower, and a study nook. Outside, the driveway can fit up to 3 cars.

Perfect Christmas Holiday

My family of 3 stayed here while visiting other family during Christmas. This was the perfect rental. It was close to downtown and had all the amenities we needed. I even baked 2 cheesecakes in the kitchen!Really very thankful for this stay. It helped make this Christmas special!

Clean. Easy Access. Close to town as advertised. Quick trip to Pisgah Forest and short drive from Gorges and Dupont Forests. Shops and restaurants in town good. Plenty of grocery stores.

Close to town.

Nice Brevard option with large open yard

Enjoyed our two-night stay here. Easy check-in procedure with minimal communication with the owner. Nicely appointed home with a minimalistic flair. Appreciated the small touches like offering body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the bathroom and pods for the modern washing machine. Comfortable bedding. Kitchen cookware/utensils were adequate, though a larger family may go through the limited number of dinnerware quickly. Lovely open backyard perfect for tiring out young kids. Only small gripe was inadequate comfortable seating in the living room area. Recommend adding an armchair or two to supplement the couch, as the straight-back breakfast table chairs are less than ideal for comfortable lounging and conversation. A larger table for meals would also be appreciated.

Good location

Nice, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Well done, close to town, good decks and well stocked. We had two good weeks there. Kudos to Rachel, the property manager, for helpful assistance.

Excessive fees

Overall the property was in good condition. We arrived at 4pm and the cleaning from the previous renters had not been completed due to a late checkout. The cleaning lady was very nice and gave us some very good information about where to go and what to do . Very nice person that made the wait worth it. The only negative was the fees in addition to the rental price.

Mountain getaway

This cute house is located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to downtown Brevard. The yard is a relaxing private retreat. The only thing missing in the house was an ironing board.

Graduation Celebration weekend

We came into town to celebrate our son’s graduation from Brevard College. The house was clean, comfy, well appointed, and located just minutes to the campus, downtown shopping & restaurants plus grocery stores. A perfect “home base” for a very busy weekend! Thanks for hosting us 😊

Highly Recommend!

This is our family's second time staying here and we had another great stay! We highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds are comfortable. Excellent communication with owner. Very clear and easy check in and check out information. The home is so close to everything! We hope to stay again!

Cozy and clean

We own our own cleaning company and were very impressed by the cleanliness of this home. 4 minute drive to downtown and less than 30 minutes to get to some great trails and waterfalls. Not thrilled about the parking lot next door but it was quiet and the black out curtains help hide it. Overall, we would stay again. Quiet neighborhood and great location.

Perfect Location. Cozy. All you need.

Visiting the area for few days. Stayed 3 nights here. This place was perfect. Felt like we were in a private secluded country place, but we were walking distance to downtown Brevard. The home is small, just perfect for a couple or a couple with kids. Very clean. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Comfortable beds, Clean full baths, well stocked kitchen. Warm and cozy (February visit) White squirrels in the yard. Fire pit, stream, and 3 porches to sit on. We were very happy with this stay.

My wife and I have been married for 10 years after meeting in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We both love traveling and have moved around to various locations within the Unites States.

We knew we had to find a forever home at some point so we took a map of the United States and crossed off locations based on many variables to include climate and areas we knew we didn't want to live. We settle on only a couple places and went to explore each one in great detail. Brevard captivated us like no other place and we instantly knew this was it.

The trees, the mountains, the wildlife... Brevard is a special place that has a long history of healing the mind and body. We find that many people we interact with in Brevard came from somewhere else and were drawn to this place. The white squirrels definitely make for a good conversation piece but it's the people that truly make this place special. Whether they are a local with roots here or a traveler finding peace and tranquillity in these beautiful mountains, they always inspire us in so many ways.
