This1940s farmhouse is located between 2 popular local brewers. It is only a mile from Pisgah National Forest. And just 3 miles to Brevard College and TownCenter Brevard. You may see a white squirrel while enjoying morning coffee in the front porch swing. Grocery stores, shops, pharmacy all nearby. Bike path access into Forest is found at the end of our street.

Our family loved our trip to the Old Farmhouse! It's very comfortable, cozy, and perfect for families. The Brevard area has so much to do - we visited waterfalls in Pisgah, shopped in downtown Brevard and even saw some white squirrels!

The Farmhouse was awesome and perfect for our stay. We came to take care of some family business and help with some Hurricane Helene relief. An excellent place to end the day, relax and simply rest.

Great stay

We stayed for a week to ride our bikes and location and house was perfect !Bring your spices! Great place would stay again! Would add an outdoor grill even if small would be great Also would get a better door for the back shed for safety purposes if bikes stored there!

In the area for a wedding

I love this farmhouse and look forward to returning. Shopping and good food nearby, and there was an easy drive to a beautiful waterfall. The house itself is lovely inside and out.

Comfortable stay

Cute and comfortable little house. Unfortunately not walking distance to anything, or at least we didn't feel safe walking the road to the nearest restaurants. Convenient to forest entrance and walking trails.

Quaint Farmhouse

I was by myself and really enjoyed my stay here. The house was perfect for my needs, It was clean, new appliances, new windows, a nice front porch/outdoor space and close to DuPont and Pisgah forests. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Practically Perfect!

A lovely home in a quaint and picturesque setting. The listing is accurate in its representation of the property. The host family was helpful and responsive. A wonderful base location for exploring the town of Brevard and surrounding attractions!

Cozy

Our visit to Brevard was all about bicycle's and this property is located 1.5 miles from the trails. It is a quiet road and all the restaurants, bike shops, supermarket are 5 - 10 minutes away. It has a secret porch right through the kitchen.

Delightful home for our stay in Brevard

This is an extremely clean, well maintained home. It is not new by any means. It is a very simple, convenient home. The "Farm House" is located in the perfect place for a jumping off place for either a drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway or the middle of Brevard. The grounds are well maintained and that is noticed. Thank you for making it available!!

Amazing Farmhouse

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful it was to stay at the Farmhouse. It was a stressful time during Helene and the Farmhouse had everything you could need to be comfortable. It is located in a perfectly lovely area with a view out the kitchen and a sweet front porch to relax and watch the sunrise. Paul is a superb host - kind and responsive he goes above and beyond. The neighbor is the sweetest person. The spirit and strength of the community during the aftermath of this tragic storm is amazing. Forever grateful we found this lovely property.

White Squirrel Festival

We are craft show vendors that stay at many home properties. We liked this home for the nice porch swing, closeness to Main Street but there were many amenities that we find at our other stays but were not here. For example, no seasonings to cook with, no soap in bathroom or kitchen which was a problem since there is no dishwasher and no coffee just the coffee pot. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Brevard but are hopeful that some of the common amenities for being away from home would be there next time.
