Deluxe Downtown Bungalow - fenced in yard, pet friendly.

A true Brevard downtown locals luxury experience. This beautiful home sits in the vibrant heart of the lumber yard arts district and sleeps seven-plus in two bedrooms. Enjoy two full luxury baths, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a large dining room, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a fenced-in yard for pets, and ample parking. It is a short walk or ride to EVERYTHING BREVARD...great restaurants, unique shopping, local arts and music, and breweries, and an easy drive to waterfalls, hikes, biking, fishing, and more.

This is a pet friendly home. The front yard is fully fenced in and we do allow dogs to come on your vacation but we ask you please let us know as there will be a pet fee of $25/night for up to 2 pets and $15/night for each additional after. Please notify Gareth that you are bringing your furry friend and arrange to pay the pet fee.

Your host is Gareth and your hospitality manager is Perry. Steve, Gareth's father helps with guest needs on occasion.

Located in the LUMBERYARD ARTS DISTRICT (one of the oldest Brevard neighborhoods), this charming historic home was lovingly restored and updated in 2009 by Parker Platt a leading local architect. The Red Bungalow was a great place to spend a few days or more in Brevard. The open floor plan was inviting and the kitchen was very roomy and perfect to cook and serve a meal if necessary. The bathrooms were both modern and spacious as well as the bedrooms.

Great house right in the center of Brevard. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, live music, shops, breweries, coffe shops. 5-10 minute drive to numerous hiking and biking trails. Very comfortable, well furnished, great condition. Host is very responsive. Highly recommend - looks just as good as, if not better than, the pictures.

Perfect Rental in a Perfect Location

This was our second stay at The Red Bungalow. The home is charming, comfortable, well equipped, and within walking distance to the downtown area. And, the host is super responsive. We'll definitely be back!

I am Gareth and I own the Session Chalet. I am a long-time Brevard local. I am a professional whitewater kayaker, avid mountain biker, skier, and fly fisherman. I have 2 other homes in Brevard that I rent. My goal is to make these houses truly unique and to provide my guests with a very special experience while visiting my favorite place on earth. Make sure to check out my other Brevard listings: THE RED BUNGALOW and THE RED COTTAGE. I live with Rhodo, my 30 lb. pup, either in Brevard, NC or Victor, Idaho, when not traveling for work or adventures. In addition to running these rentals, I also operate SESSION STUDIOS, my outdoor adventure videography business.

This house is a fully remodeled historic bungalow built in the early 1900's and brought back to life in 2009 as part of a restoration project lead by a renowned local architect. It is downtown but has a secluded feel due to the extensive landscaping and fenced in yard.
