Top-floor studio condominium with vaulted ceilings and stunning views overlooking Snowmass, located just steps away from the Snowmass Ski Area and our two-tier on-site hot tubs. This condo includes a full kitchen, a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, a balcony with a grill, and a personal wood-burning fireplace. Accessible from the office level without stairs, Laurelwood 111 comfortably sleeps up to four people, offering a spacious, relaxing, and cozy mountain retreat in any season.

Laurelwood 111 boasts incredible ski-in, ski-out access right off Snowmass Mountain, making it easy to hit the slopes. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, it's also a short walk to the Village Mall, the free Aspen bus route, and numerous hiking and biking trails.

Guests have exclusive access to the condo throughout their stay. Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out is 10:00 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available upon request and subject to availability, pending approval by the Laurelwood front desk. The two-tiered hot tubs at Laurelwood provide a relaxing way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is managed by the town of Snowmass Village and costs $20.00/day during ski season; parking is free during other seasons. In winter, guests should purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

Laurelwood offers several on-site, coin-operated washers and dryers. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. Linens, towels, and hot tub towels are provided, with additional available upon request. This property does not have air conditioning, but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet for quick cooling.

Our dedicated front desk team operates from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm in the summer and winter seasons, and from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the off-season. For emergencies, an after-hours answering service connects guests with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay memorable!

Nice view

It was great! Super comfortable. We were there in summer time and slept with windows open. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn’t use it this trip. We will be back! Someone else commented on too much decor/clutter. This was not our experience.

Great Host and Location

Everything went super smooth, condo was well stocked with everything needed, bed was comfortable, and the cleaning service every other day was great. Enjoyed the hot tubs and the special touch of the bottle of wine that was there for my wife and I when we checked in to the room was much appreciated. Would recommend this location and stay for any couple doing a get a way for some skiing and enjoying the aspen area.

Such a cute unit!

This was the cutest small condo! It was decorated really well, and had so much personality. We literally felt like we were staying in a treehouse with all the beautiful green surrounding us. The views were amazing! Highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

Great Option for Ski In/Out

Laurelwood is a great place to stay! Great location and functional set up. Has exactly what you need in a place to stay for ski in/out. Staff and other guests were very friendly. Hot tub was nice to have after the end of a long ski day. Price is reasonable. Only recommendations I would have for improvement in our specific unit would be the decor. It is a little overwhelming and not so much is needed. Would make the place look a lot bigger if there wasn't so much going on. Also feel like the number of items just increases dust and may become unclean. The bed and furniture could also use some updates. The bed was uncomfortable, but became better once we removed the topper. The couch sinks quite a bit and the chairs just seem to need a good cleaning or replacement. Just ideas for improvements. Overall, very good option!
