Oceanfront townhouse-style condo boasts sweeping views from the balconies of each floor overlooking one of Carolina's most cherished shorelines. Two en suite bedrooms with king beds enjoy a private floor plan. Two sleeper sofas provide additional sleeping options. Guests love the nearby elevator access and designated covered parking spot. The dunes-side pool with direct beach access is steps away.

BEACH ACCESS: Beach boardwalks are located on the north and south sides of Sandpiper Run building A. The south side boardwalk, adjacent to the pool, offers ramped access (new) and shower rinsing station.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA: A gated coastal paradise on one of the finest beaches along the east coast. Enjoy outdoor pickleball/tennis courts as well as miles of biking and walking paths within a tropical coastal setting. Fish in the surf or on the freshwater lake. Take a dip in the pool, splash in the ocean waves, and beachcomb along the shore. See saltmarsh vistas and fascinating shorebird life. Explore Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, and historic Georgetown. Experience nearby award-winning golf courses and chartered boating excursions.
