House with a view of the most famous beach in Orient Bay and the island of Saint-Barth.

The beach is 1000 feet (5 to 10 min) away, within walking distance. The house was completely renovated in 2023 and features 3 terraces, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets, along with 2 private parking spaces. The design of the house maximizes natural light with numerous openings.

Quality furnitures and bedding have been carefully selected. The houses in the residence are semi-detached on one side. The advantage of this house is that it is located at one end of the residence, providing a protected and intimate space.

The 2 bedrooms do not share common walls and are separated by a few steps of stairs. Bedroom #1 is spacious, with its own bathroom, toilet, and a mezzanine. Additionally, it offers a stunning view on Orient Bay beach and the island of St. Barth.

Bedroom #2 also has its own bathroom, toilet, as well as a private terrace, patio furniture, and an outdoor shower.

The house is equipped (upon request) to accommodate a child (under 2 years old).

Guest access:
Princess Juliana International Airport is 9 miles away (approximately 25 minutes) from the house.
The small airport of Grand Case Espérance is 2 miles away (approximately 5 minutes driving) from the house.
The house is not located in the flight paths of large aircraft taking off or landing at Princess Juliana Airport. You will only occasionally see and hear small planes taking off and landing at the small airport of Grand Case on the French side.

The entire accommodation is reserved for guests: the living space (kitchen + living room), the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and the private terraces.

The 2 parking spaces are in front of the house. Some steps separate the parking area from the house entrance.

The pool is reserved for residents and their guests.

Note: Stair nosings will be installed soon (in transit from mainland France). Meanwhile, the edges of the tiled stairs are at right angles. Please be especially vigilant during your movements until the stair nosings are installed.
