Clean, Beachy, Amazing Waterview Near Folly Beach & Downtown Charleston

Condo on the top floor with spectacular marsh views. Only 1 mile from the Folly Beach, shopping and restaurants and 10 miles from Downtown Charleston. Bike lane in each direction from the condo to Folly Beach or the grocery store.
Across the street are kayak and paddle board rentals as well as a seafood market and a seafood restaurant.

Condo recently remodeled and furnished.

The full kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, full sized fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee pot style coffee maker, toaster, blender) and is well supplied with quality cookware & dishware.

There is a large capacity washer/dryer as well.

The condo comes with everything you need to get your vacation started including quality sheets, bath towels and household supplies. Beach chairs and beverage cooler included.

Condo does not have an elevator. There are 45 steps or 4 flights to the entry door. Parking is assigned, maximum of 2 vehicles. Cars must be parked in their assigned space under the building. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

The host was accommodating and very easy to communicate with. The unit was nicely decorated and well appointed with all the amenities for a beach vacation. The condo also has a spacious balcony with pretty water views. The beach is less than a 5 minute drive, and there are lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Great location and very nice place! I will say the AC struggled to keep up, but we were there when it was extremely hot out. Amazing views from balcony!

Very easy access between Charleston and the beach. Nice hike up the stairs- keeps you in shape The process was a breeze. Jennifer was available even though we didn’t need to contact her for anything. Will rent again.

We had an excellent stay. The condo was clean, a good size, with an amazing balcony. It was only a short walk to Folly beach and the host was super nice, with great communication and even let us check in early. Highly recommend!

Great place for our vacation. Very comfortable beds. Well located, short drive to the beach. Excellent value for the location. Loved the recommendation about the nearby seafood store/restaurant/kayak rental/dolphin tour. Would happily stay there again.

The location is great for getting to both Folly Beach and also a short trip into Charleston. The back porch is spacious, and offers great relaxing views. Inside is comfy and clean. There were even 4 nice beach chairs available to use if you need them.

Great weekend stay

I had to make last minute plans and Jennifer was so helpful. This is my 2nd stay at a property she manages and I was pleased with everything about the accommodations.
