Condo just off the main the Parkway!

Welcome to Dean's Den on the River! Named after our 3rd child, Dean’s Den is conveniently located in downtown Pigeon Forge within walking distance to many attractions the area has to offer. Our master suite boasts a king side bed, a flat screen TV and has it’s own private bath with a walk in shower. Our second bedroom offers a queen size bed, a flat screen TV and also has it’s own private bath. In our kitchen you will find most everything you need to prepare your favorite dish. We have a traditional coffee pot as well as a Keurig (coffee not supplied) to help get your mornings going. Sit on the couch or in the recliner and watch television and enjoy the gas log fireplace. We have a queen sleeper sofa to offer more sleeping accommodations for families with children. Our balcony overlooks the community pool and allows our guest to enjoy a nice beverage while listening to the sounds of the river flowing.

We are 2 minutes from The Ripken Experience baseball park, 3 minutes to The Island, about 6-7 minutes from Dollywood and 4-5 minutes from the Tanger Outlet mall.

Excellent Stay

We visited Pigeon Forge for a few days attending a conference. The condo was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the location and conveniences.

The condo was clean, close to everything in Pigeon Forge, but not one the main road so no traffic noise. We will hopefully stay again soon.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay so much. The room's where cleans beds where nice and comfortable. The pool was great. The location was great for all the activities we wanted to do.

Great stay!

We loved everything about the condo, it met all of our needs. The air circulation wasn't great, due to it being wall units, so I would bring a fan with you. That's the only complaint. Everything else, was great! I had questions about the unit and the owners got back to me promptly.

Good place to stay.

It is a nice place to stay . Could be a little cleaner. But we did ask to come in a little earlier then 4pm check in. And the a/c in one bed room did not cool the room. But it still was a nice place to stay

Property was good for our weekend. We were not there much other than to sleep. Closet door in the first bedroom was off the hinges but the location was right around everything.

Sis’s trip!!

Just a quick sisters trip! Very clean inside. Comfortable beds, close to everything we wanted to do! A bit more attention could be given to cleaning the balcony and its furniture. Lots of cobwebs

Location and condo

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is close to all the action, yet just far enough off the main strip. It was actually nicer than we expected. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I especially loved the little balcony overlooking the river and also the gas fireplace. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Traveled to Pigeon Forge for an annual car show. Condo was perfect location off the main Parkway and away from traffic. Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, great view of the River from the balcony. Kitchen was fully stocked for preparing meals. Overall a great property! Will definitely be staying again sometime.

Perfect location to LeConte Center

Set up perfectly for our 2 adults and 3 children. Much less expensive than a hotel. Quiet, exactly as listed. A bit dated but the comfort makes up for it.

Vacation time

Great location! Not as the pictures, in a renovation. Dirty, no curtains. we bought some fans. One bedroom has no air. Owner did have someone come and take care of some things. Very nice person and took care of things! When place is up to code we would stay again. Thank you!
