Conveniently located 5 miles from the Wrightsville Beach.!! Enjoy morning coffee on large deck along a beautiful patio set overlooking your own private Pickelball court. And watch your children playing in fenced in backyard. Great for entertainment!
There are five major grocery stores, plus Costco and Sams Club within 2-3 miles of the home. Large living room with comfy leather seating for 7 adults to enjoy the large screen TV or fire place. The four bedrooms have 2 King beds,1Queen bed and 1Twin. Two full baths on first floor and one full bath on second floor.

The host was very accommodating plenty of room for our group. Small kitchen table for so many bedrooms, but room at the bar to eat. There was a folding table available that helped. Great place, we would rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We were in town for a graduation, but we wished we could've stayed longer. The house was fully equipment with anything you would need. The backyard was great to just relax and hang out. The host thought of all the extras and they was greatly appreciated and very easy to deal with.

Great spot for a stay in wilmington

The place is very nice and good location for a weekend getaway with friends or family. Pickleball court was a great addition of course as you didn’t have to travel to go play. Plenty of stuff to do around the area as well

Family trip/military graduation

This was an excellent place to stay 15 min from the airport and pretty close to Wrightsville beaches. Clean and comfortable. The AC did struggle a little bit to keep up with the heat wave but this place was an excellent place to stay!

Great house

This was such a great house. Well equipped and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to prepare meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun at the Pickleball Palace!

Great property! Very clean and had lots of fun playing pickleball. Host was a joy to work with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this house.

Lovely home in a nice nice neighborhood

This was just what we need for a family get-together. It was near a number of good places to eat and only 15 minutes or so from the beach. Plenty of room for six adults and a baby. Would definitely consider this for our next trip out to Wilmington.
