Beautiful Condo

Beautiful, peaceful Condo! Monique is a premier host, she is there for you with any questions or concerns. The condo is super clean and well stocked! The bike trail is right behind the condo and beaches are close by!

Perfection in Wakefield

Wonderful, spotlessly clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable house for a family of six adults. By far the best VEBO we have stayed in, and we have stayed in plenty of them.

Wonderful place

I was impressed with many things about this house. Everything we needed was there for us. I’ve never stayed at a rental property where coffee, sugar, hot cocoa, tea, paper towels, salt, pepper, toothbrushes, toothpaste were all provided. Also, kitchen was very well equipped with new bowls, spatulas, everything needed for meal prep. Also a Viking range and an outdoor grill. Monique was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and responsive

Great stay

The house is so clean ( and I am fussy) with some lovely littloe touches. The host is super quick at responding to any issues or just with which beach to go to! The little town the home is in was an unexpected lovely surprise with some great eating out places . We really enjoyed our time it was a great base to visit RI and Newport areas. We will certainly be back!

Perfect Area

Quite area, short drive to local beaches, ferries, breweries, food store, restaurants, local vendors. 30 min drive to Newport, Providence, Jamestown. Would definitely stay here again. Monique was a perfect host and the house was exactly as described.

Perfect property!

Just a lovely stay and lovely property. Walking in the door we immediately noticed it was impeccably clean, so high marks for that straight away. And it only got better from there: beautiful space with exposed wood beams that give it a lot of character, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. New washer/dryer downstairs with extra play space (and TV) for kids, our 4 and 9 year old really loved that. A decent bit of outdoor space, you can go in the front yard and there's room for the kids to run around, and then the patio area with grill (that we sadly didn't have a chance to use). Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and to offer recos for the area. Very convenient location, can get to beaches and other attractions within minutes. Parking is easy, it's a nice off-street lot with tons of space. An A+ all around!

Perfect home away from home!

Great experience! The host provided all the small touches that made it easy for our family to maximize our vacation. She provided nice toiletries and supplies, and great tips on restaurants and activities for any weather! Its an easy walk to town via the bike path. We'll be back!

a lovely stay full of amenities

You must rent this house! Monique was a kind and attentive host. Coffee, tea, kitchen basics, laundry soap, toothbrushes, etc. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Excellent location, can walk to town on local trail. A perfect place for a quiet get away..

That's how I feel about this house at 240 Columbia Street. It's a gem! It's a great house in a fantastic area! I want visitors to visit my home in my town and leave feeling like they now, too, know about this gem and want to return.

My family and I lovingly prepared the home for you. My children set up games and activities for your children. We're all so excited about your visit to Wakefield and want to you have a great and comfortable stay where you felt taken care of and want to return :)

It's a gorgeous townhouse in a fantastic area! Everything you need is just a short walk away - from Thundermist Health Center to Brickley's Ice Cream! I've grown to love living in Wakefield for so many reasons: the small businesses, the fun community theater, the bike path, and 240 Columbia Street is an ideal location to experience living walking-distance to necessities and just a short drive away to RI beaches.
