Awesome Home!!!

This is our second year visiting this property. It’s always such a nice visit. Close to the beaches along with being able to catch an Uber to Providence. The house is accommodating for our family and it feels like our home away from home.Just a great vacation.

Ocean State Waves Vacay

Our stay at Jodi’s home could not have been more perfect for our needs. The location is a short drive to numerous beaches and amazing restaurants but far enough away from the crowds of Newport. We enjoyed the walkable proximity to Main Street through the adorable neighborhood but our favorite walk was to Java Madness where we would grab a latte in the morning and watch the boats come and go from the marina. The house was stocked with all the comforts of home and made for a nice office space for my husband who had to work remotely as well. Jodi was just a text away for any questions and very helpful with restaurant suggestions! We would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in the beautiful East coast.

A great place to stay!

We were in town for a family wedding, but extended the trip a bit since we were traveling with young kids. The house was clean and very well stocked as compared to other rentals I’ve stayed at. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few meals. There were extra towels and laundry supplies. The beach gear was great as we did go to the beach one day! Jodi was extremely communicative and helpful before and throughout the stay as well. The location was perfect for what we needed- close to the wedding venue, close to everything else we needed for the trip. We tried the coffee spot and the restaurant that were right down the street and they were both great and very convenient. Overall a great stay for us! Thank you Jodi!

Amazing Stay!

Where to begin! If you’re looking at this place to book, here’s your push to click book now! The house was amazing, super clean, had everything you could think of and more. Jodi made this rental feel so much like a home. Location is superb for Narraganset and Wakefield. We brought our bikes and biked to get Brickley’s, breakfast, lunch and dinner! Short drive to Narragansett Town Beach. Marina and coffee spot within walking distance. Cant say anything better. If you want a negative there’s no outside shower. The home is connected to a separate tenant above the garage, but we didn’t even notice she was there, we did meet her and she was pleasant and gave us great advise. Jodi’s communication was above any other rental we’ve been too, she is great. So stop reading and click book now!

Amazing Narragansett Property

What a wonderful vacation home! Upon check-in (which was a bit early, thank you!) we met Jodi, who was just finishing cleaning and preparing the home. She showed us around and gave us a quick overview. In addition, she showed us the electronic lock and let us know she was available for questions. What was most appreciated were all the little things they did to make sure we felt at home. Every time I looked around there was something else that was really nice. There was a fresh basil plant in the kitchen, a welcome basket with smores ingredients to cook over the outdoor fire along with coffee. Outside there were plants and plenty of furniture. While we brought almost everything (from Pa. mind you) we didn't have to. They made sure there was Tupperware to store things, aluminum foil, baggies and trash bags. There was even laundry soap and dryer sheets. Upstairs the bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate and it was cozy. Throw pillows and blankets were around, clean, smelled great and soft. There were plenty of kitchen items for all 5 of us. In addition, they had a beach umbrella which we made use of. Also, there were air conditioners in every room and the house was cool. Because of the weather, we turned off all the air conditioners and opened the windows which allowed wonderful summer air into the home. Even during the day it was comfortable because of the ceiling fans. Everything was close by, shopping, dining and our fav Sand Hill Cove beach. Thank you!

Beach birthday stay

Rented this house for my moms 86 birthday as she loves the beach. House and owners are wonderful and very accommodating. Property is spotless and lots of space for family. Only not walking distance to the beach .

Great house and perfect location.

I planned a last minute mini-vacation for my girlfriend and our daughters. Casey (property owner) was awesome and extremely helpful. The house was like new and very nicely set up with three good sized bedrooms and an awesome kitchen and great outdoor area. Located minutes from food, beach and stores and just a half hour scenic drive to Newport. The house is right off a small highway, but surprisingly very quiet. We sat at the fire pit one night and it was very peaceful. Thank you Casey, for making our trip a success! Hope to see you again!

Very Clean and Comfortable

My family was in town for my son's graduation from Salve Regina University in Newport. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. There was plenty of space and the house was very clean. We especially enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings after dinner. Casey, the owner, was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We also noticed the difference in height on one of the steps. Once you realized this, it was no big deal. Overall, it's a lovely home close to the marina and some great coffee shops.

Superclean house conveniently located in Wakefied

Great super-clean house conveniently located in Wakefield with friendly host-We had a lovely stay. I have a bad back so found the mattress too soft but others may find it fine. House well equipped and fun coffee shop nearby. I would recommend!

Convenient, clean, and homey!

We stayed here for a wedding we went to in Newport. It was so much less expensive than staying in Newport hotels and we had tons of space to lounge, cook, and have a fire on the back patio. Casey texted me the morning of our arrival to give me check in information and to see if we had any needs. She immediately responded to a text later in the weekend when I had a question about locating something, and she stopped over on Friday to introduce herself and make sure we were comfortable. The house was clean and cozy with giant windows letting in a breeze. The only thing that was slightly annoying was that one of the stairs inside is a different height than the others, which we only noticed because almost all of us caught our toes on our first trip up. It was fine once we were aware of it and knew to be prepared for it. The house was in a great location for groceries, breakfast, oysters, beach, and a brewery for those who hunt good IPAs (tilted barn). It was easy to get around, and the traffic going into Newport on Friday for the rehearsal dinner wasn’t bad at all either. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wished we had more time to enjoy the area! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Convenient location with hospitable owner!

My husband and I stayed with our 2 toddlers and my in-laws for the weekend while attending a wedding. Fenced in back patio area was a major plus for our wandering little ones. There was more than enough room for all of us and we were able to find everything we needed. Casey contacted me prior to arrival and also popped in to say hello shortly after we arrived. The location was convenient for our needs but would also be great for visiting the beach, an event at URI, etc. next time we come to RI we will definitely check to see if we can stay again. Thanks Casey!

Immaculate and comfortable

Lovely house, beautifully maintained. We were a party of five adults and a baby. There was plenty of room, comfortable furniture. Convenient location near the marina and easy access to highways. Casey was attentive and terrific. For future renters, the house now has cable TV and excellent wifi. Highly recommended.

Great owner, Comfortable home, great location. Easy access to everything in Southern RI

We live out of state and when we come to RI we like to able to have family in state and nearby to come and visit or spend a weekend with us. The house is comfortable with a very nice layout. We booked for 4 adults, us and my son and daughter in law and their 2 children,2 and 5 years old. We were all very comfortable with plenty of family space and private bedroom space. The house is well stocked and ready to be used. Casey, the owner, was very attentive to our needs and desires. She didn’t realize we are from RI and texted before we got there asking if we had any questions on the area or anything in particular we needed info on. Shortly after we settled in, she texted again making sure everything was as we expected. My husband and I found the queen size bed to be a little too firm. We mentioned it in conversation with Casey. An hour later we had a mattress topper to put on the bed! Nothing like a good night sleep! I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great URI Weekend Visit

My son is being recruited to play football for the University of Rhode Island (URI) and we flew up for the weekend to tour the campus, meet the coaches, and take in a game. The house is conveniently located just a few miles away from URI in a nice residential area. It's within 5-10 minutes of a supermarket, pharmacy, and tons of nice restaurants. It's only about 15 minutes from URI, Narragansett, and the beach. The house was spacious, clean and well-appointed. There were plenty of linens, blankets, towels, and kitchen supplies. The heat worked great ... which was important since we were from Florida. We had a little trouble with the WiFi when we first arrived due to an outage in the area, but the owner quickly intervened on our behalf. I've use VRBO extensively across the country and the owner was one of the most attentive I've ever seen. We were in constant contact via text before, during, and after the stay. Very professional. If my son chooses URI we will certainly stay there on our return visits. It's a great option for anyone in town to visit the university or a summer vacation in southern Rhode Island.

Family Weekend

Everything about this house was great except for 2 things. The TV is only set up for steaming and we couldn't get a picture to show up on the screen, only the sound worked. The other thing was there were no non-stick skillets so breakfast was challenging to cook eggs. I had to poach them which was okay but it would have been nice to have other options. Other than that it really was a great house, clean and in a great location.
