The tax-free Tanger Outlets are also within 2 miles, and plenty of 5-star dining options are within walking or biking distance. Bring your bikes and enjoy the nearby bike trails and state parks. You do not have to cross Rt. 1 (Coastal Highway) to reach Rehoboth Avenue—simply walk down Roosevelt St. onto State Rd. It's an easy walk or bike ride.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, a stackable washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and off-street parking. Check-in is easy with an electronic keypad system. Shared community amenities include a fire pit, gas grill, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a putting green with balls and adjustable clubs available for guest enjoyment.
