Welcome to the ideal House for couples, working vacations, or families. Our House is Located only 5 blocks from the historic Whiskey Row, a short 10 minute walk, 5 minute drive or $3 dollar Uber. You'll love the great proximity to all that Prescott has to offer but still appreciate the privacy of our quiet hidden House.


The space
Our 2 bedroom rustic Ranch House, is a recently renovated, roomy 1,300+ square foot house built in 1959. This house is an occasional dwelling for us (and our 4 year old!) so she has some character but were sure you'll love her like we do! We do remove all of our personal effects from the house for all reservations so you'll have uncluttered access to every nook and cranny and no strangers things hanging around! You'll find plenty of windows throughout the house offering an abundance of natural light. There is also High Speed WiFi internet access. There is a covered carport on the side of the house with room for one car.

Our Houses back deck features a patio table with umbrella and 4 comfortable outdoor chairs, as well as a grill for barbecuing.

The house's family room has comfortable seating, 55” HD flat screen internet connected TV with access to all of your video streaming services. We provide access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video or simply sign in to get your personal content. Our Family room also has a modern Queen-size sofa sleeper couch, with plenty of room for two adults. Our House's kitchen is fully equipped and includes All kitchenware and appliances, A selection of spices for use by our culinary minded guests, a Keurig coffee maker with a selection of pods, and some basic food items that we welcome our guests to use.

The house features a lovely master bedroom with a very comfortable King sized bed, and 42" HD flat screen internet connected TV with access to video streaming services. There is an ample closet, night stands with built in power plugs and powered USB ports, large dresser, and private bathroom with walk in shower.

The house's guest room is appointed with a very comfortable Queen size bed, and 42" HD flat screen internet connected TV with access to video streaming services, dresser, and large closet.

Please note this is strictly a non-smoking house, however, you are welcome to smoke on the front or back deck.

Other than Certified Service Animals, No pets are allowed at this time. We do not view Certified Service Animals as pets, and are happy to make arrangements for these wonderful companions, however, under no circumstances are cats allowed, as the owners are both severely allergic.

You’ll have complete access to the entire property and all of it amenities!
Other things to note
We appreciate that guests love the decor in our home, so much so that, occasionally guests take some of our decor home with them! We have also had guests sneak pets onto the property without talking to us first about it. Due to the frequency of this occurring we have been forced to add a security deposit to cover damages to the home and missing decor and extra cleaning fees resulting from pets staying on the premises.
