LOCATION:

Large development located at the foot of the Sierra de Irta, ideal for hiking and cycling with the family. It is located 1000 m. from the sea and small gravel coves. In the southern area of Peñíscola, 4 km. from the city centre and the fine sandy beach.COMPOSITION:

Set of apartment blocks of different types with 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two singles. All with washing machine and TV. They do not have Wi-Fi or air conditioning.AMENITIES:

Adult/children's swimming pool, corresponding to each building (OPEN FROM 15/06-15/09, subject to modification by the community of neighbours of the building). There is a small Sports Club with tennis and squash courts (direct payment at the Urbanization's own restaurant). From June to September, mini-bus line with a trip to the town centreINCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

Equipment (except general linen), water, gas, electricity, cleaning on arrival and departure and use of the corresponding swimming pool and parkingNOT INCLUDED:

Possibility of renting bed linen at reception 6 €/set/stay, direct payment. Towels for rent (25 € set of 5 shower towels, direct payment in cash). Cots for rent (7 €/day direct payment). Extra bed for rent (7 €/day direct payment).

One (1) pet allowed, supplement for the entire stay of €50

DEPOSIT:

150 €. (Deposit on credit or debit card, cash is not accepted). It is returned to the same card within a maximum period of 7 days after the delivery of the keys)Check-in outside of normal hours will be done with self-check-in.
