Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this three-bedroom, three-bathroom upstairs vacation rental townhouse at Harbour Oaks on St. Simons Island.
Take approximately 20 steps to the front door and enter the first level of this lovely townhome. On the main floor, there is one bedroom with a full size bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as the kitchen, den and dining room. Plenty of room for everyone!
The next level has a king master bedroom with en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The remaining guest room has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Harbour Oaks provides one covered parking space with extra spaces for additional cars.
The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Village/Pier, St. Simons Lighthouse, Neptune Fun Zone and many one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Just outside the gates, you will find the local park on Mallery Street featuring tennis & pickleball courts, dog park, baseball fields and playground.
Community amenities include a swimming pool (open seasonally), tennis courts and fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.
CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Strict HOA 2 dog limit. Dogs are allowed with additional $100/pup non-refundable pet fee.
• 1 Covered parking spot is available. Additional parking is available for extra vehicles in unmarked spots.
• Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area and pickleball courts!
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 TVs located in this property for streaming
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
