Lovely riverfront and spacious condominium (approx 1300 sq ft) built in 2006 with with incredible river views and easy beach access; about 5 min walk to beach. Living room has lovely gas fireplace, comfortable seating and entrance to balcony overlooking the Necanicum River. Master bath has granite counters and shower/jetted tub combo with granite surround as well. The kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful wood cabinets, and dishwasher. Master bedroom has a Queen bed and 2ndd bedroom has a bunk set with trundle bed on lower bunk. Full bathroom is tub/shower combo off the hall. Utility room with washer/dryer in the unit as well. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. Parking for 1 vehicles only
NO SMOKING - NO PETS - MUST BE 25 TO RENT
Per HOA and Insurance guidelines propane or charcoal grills are no longer allowed at this facility.

Told the manager that we can’t find the dish washing compounds as well as one of the table lamps doesn’t work. She sent someone over to take a look, but nothing happened, not even a follow up phone call.

We loved the condo and would definitely stay there again if they can fix the heat issue. The condo was always in the high 70s even with the temperature outside being cooler. We had to have fans blowing in the windows 24/7 and keep all the blinds closed and still never got the temp down to 70.

Great location! Beautiful river view

Overall this was a wonderful stay! My only comments are that the TV had no service which was hard for the kids at times but the WIFI was good so bring your own electronics. And the main bed mattress was too firm for my taste. But again, a great place! Walkable to downtown and the beach! Plus it was quiet and very clean.

Amazing reading weekend!

Beds were firm like I was sleeping on floor

The beds in the condo were very uncomfortable to sleep in. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. We were disappointed with the restaurants in the area. Overall I would never stay at this condominium or city again.

Cozy Winter Getaway

The condo was very comfortable! Our favorite parts were the fireplace and the jetted tub. It was only a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area. Lovely place for a coastal vacation!

Lovely condo!

We loved everything about this condo! Great layout, decor, supplies, etc. Just one small suggestion, PLEASE get a new mattress for the master suite. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Great location!

Great location! Thoroughly enjoyed the property and its location to beach access and the downtown area of Seaside. The unit was clean & the location so quiet! Perfect getaway for our family.

Clean and Comfortable

The property was super clean and very spacious. We were very happy with the size of the rooms and the bathrooms were nice. The only issues we had were that the kitchen could be better stocked with a couple of bowls for mixing and the fact that the carpet was white. While it is stylish, it made it very hard to feel like you weren’t going to make a mistake and spill something that would be hard to clean. My suggestion would be a different flooring choice for the hallway and dining area. Other than that, it was a wonderful place that we would stay at again.

Beautiful condo, lovely view, super clean. Would have been nice to at least supply salt, pepper, and cooking spray. The one BIG negative is the bed in the master, it’s like sleeping on a dining room table. Seriously the most miserable mattress ever, beyond firm; exactly like sleeping on the floor.

Absolutely the most perfect stay

Absolutely the most perfect stay. A friend and I needed a quick respite from couple of busy work weeks on the road. We decided to shoot over to the coast for some sightseeing, dining, and shopping. We are older women in our 60s and found this location to be exactly what we needed. It was easily the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was in a secure condo complex with key coded access. Parking was also secure and good proximity to the unit. The location is great for day trips to other parts of the coast. About 25 minutes south of Astoria and about 15 minutes north of Cannon Beach. The view was great. It was super quiet. Only a couple of blocks and a quick seven minute walk to the beach. I would recommend this location for no more than two adults and two small children.

Spacious and clean

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is well-appointed, spacious and clean. All of the upgrades in the kitchen are a nice touch and the space feels very large once inside. The location is great, nice views of the River off the balcony - our kids loved watching the fishing and crabbing action. It was also a convenient drive or walk to shops and restaurants. Our only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom. It’s beyond firm- it felt like laying on a piece of plywood. There’s also an oversized chair in that room that is just sort of taking up space. Would be great to see a proper master with comfortable king-size bed instead. Our kids loved the bunk room and the trundle bed was a great option for our 3 year old. The only issue in that room was there wasn’t a proper ladder to access the top bunk (just a small step ladder) - so it wasn’t possible for our 6 year old to safely sleep there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
