Kapalua Golf Villa #25V1 has ocean views on the Kapalua golf course from this 1Br/1.5Ba condo. Updated furniture with a kitchen remodel. There are flat-screen TV's in both the living room and bedroom. Golf Villa #25V1 has ocean views that await you from the spacious lanai, living, and dining room windows. A smaller private lanai extends off the bedroom with views of the Norfolk pines that line Pineapple Estates Drive. The bedroom features a king bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. Within walking distance to the beach at Kapalua Bay. Free unlimited long distance throughout the USA. Free shuttle throughout the Kapalua resort area. 2 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs are provided for guest use.

Napili Bay Beach: deep sandy bottom, excellent snorkeling, and body surfing, more gentle shore-break during summer months

Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.
Quam Properties Hawaii requires a 50% credit card deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard and/or Discover. You may cancel outside the 60 days prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee.
