Enjoy the unobstructed ocean views and close proximity to the best that Pismo Beach has to offer. This beachfront condo is a fully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 1500 sq. foot space that comes with a 2 car garage and elevator access. Guests will be greeted with an open floor plan and views of the Pacific Ocean as soon as they step inside the door. Soak in the sunset from either one of the beach-facing balconies.

Pismo Beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second time renting this property and both times were wonderful. Great location, steps from the beach, shops and restaurants and the host was very easy to work with.

Loved our stay!

We could not have Been more happier with our choice, the location was great and the condo was so roomy and nice! The host was very prompt and accommodating to us during our stay! Would definitely recommend this place.

The property is exactly as advertised. The host is very responsive. The ocean view is spectacular. Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Had a wonderful stay and will definitely be staying here for future visits.

Terrific Time

Enjoyed our stay. Great property. It is clean, spacious and has great views. Love that it is within walking distance to the beach , shops and restaurants. Our host responded to messages promptly. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Brought my in laws who flew in from Chicago and they were blown away by the beautiful condo with the amazing view of the ocean. Stayed 3 nights, would definitely recommend. Great location, steps away from the beach and short walk to the pier and stores.

Great Stay!

My wife and I took my 89 year old mom to Pismo Beach and the Melodrama. The location was perfect. The elevator eliminatrd all steps which was a giant plus. Awesome view and great for people watching!

Amazing Host and Rental!

It was our first time renting this condo and it was amazing! Our host provided easy contact and communication that was needed upon arrival, making us feel very welcomed and appreciative of her help. My family enjoyed every minute of detailed comfort and amenities, privacy/security, stunning ocean views, and easy beach access. We had a beautiful fun time and anticipate returning again.

The host was very responsive. There was a mix up with entry codes and the issue was immediately resolved. This was the second time staying at this property and we hope to return again. The view is great. There is a lot of activity in front on the property as there is a parking lot between the property and beach. ( Makes great for people watching from the balcony.) We had a great time....walking distance to Pismo Pier and downtown restaurants.

Beautiful Condo

We loved the condo. 11:00 check out time unrealistic with a 3:00 check in time. Would have paid more for an hour or two in the morning. Other than that, perfect stay and beautiful space with 2 balconies.

Cute Condo - Perfect Beach Access / Not what I expected

Cute place, walking distance to the beach. The location was awesome. There was some maintenance issues. Bed in second room slats were broken making the bed sink down onto the trundle making it extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen sink was leaking which made cleaning up after meals difficult. Trash left behind from prior occupant, water bottles and tooth floss on the outdoor patio. Overpriced for all the issues.

The only thing good about this rental was the view and lay out of the condo.The rugs in the rooms were extremely dirty and stained. Bathroom tile floor in shower was slimy. At one point i walked the floor without shoes in the kitchen and the bottom of my feet turned black. There were holes in the walls, all throw pillows in living room and bedroom were stained and dirty. Pullout sofa bed was extremely dirty with yellow stained sheets. Windows are dirty couldn't see a clear view out. Was given wrong passwords to get in garage and front door. Ceiling fan in main bedroom made so much noise. Elevators were not in working order. Balcony was filthy. There was a bee hive at the top of stair way. The cleanliness of this rental was disgusting! For the amount I paid for 3 days was not worth it. I am extremely disappointed.

This home in Pismo Beach is worth it for the beachside location…amazing views of the Pacific Ocean from living room and bedroom balconies! Two car garage made parking a snap. Building elevator was out of order, so we had to carry our suitcases up one flight of stairs. I was expecting air conditioning based on the amenities list I saw when booking, but the unit is not air conditioned. Bedding, towels, and bathrooms were clean, bedroom carpets had some sticky stains and could stand to be replaced. We only received 2 beach towels for 4 people and had to sub bath towels (host was apologetic and said previous guests took them). Little things could be improved…we had sufficient toilet paper and paper towels, but no tissues. K-cups were provided but no creamers or sweeteners. Dishes and kitchen cabinets could use some cleaning. Despite some inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay here.
