Couldn't get any closer to the beach! Celebrated Cal Poly graduation on the beach, so this locale was perfect. Will definitely rent again!

Great clean location

The place was very clean and you can’t get any closer to the ocean. Few minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again next time we are in the Pismo area.

Great Location

This location was perfect, even on a stormy weekend it was wonderful. The property was cleaned and well-stocked with all the comforts of home. Check in process was easy. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was my second time staying at this location, and I definitely consider it a favorite! Jenny and Kim are awesome, and you simply cannot beat the location. I’m returning in two weeks to stay in unit B with my mother. She’s visually impaired but loves the sounds of the beach. This will be an amazing stay for her.

Great Location

The property was great, location view and walking distance into town. Our preference would have been to know there's no TV in the Bedroom. Would recommend this property highly.

Quick but lovely visit

The property is great and very well situated. It's right on the ocean with beautiful views overlooking the beach and pier. The property was very clean and had everything you needed to cook, enjoy the beach and stay comfortably. Jenny was quick to respond and provided detailed instructions and lots of suggestions for nearby food, shopping, activities, etc.

Great place to stay clean property great views right out the windows and front door always found a parking spot so close to the beach and pier only problem was the recliners are getting older and not working very good but over all I would stay here again

Great stay

The view was amazing. We stayed in unit B which in on the ground floor. Everything was as advertised. The only thing negative was how noisy it is in the early morning. Trucks unload next to the building for the close hotels and the garbage trucks rumbled by every morning. Loved everything else.

Family Vacation

I don't have any cons about this place. The price, location, amenities, ect. Everywhere was walking distance. The parking was perfect. The cul-de-sac was great for unloading our things during check in so we didn't have to look for parking ( our truck was too high to park in the garage). The beach was not crowded and the condo was just steps away from the sand. They have beach chairs and towels although we did bring our own. My kiddos slept great in the king size bed. Night time was quiet, even with ppl walking around you couldn't hear them. The coffee maker was a plus lol the shower water was amazing! We would definitely come back again, thanks ladies.

Perfect Location! Right on the Beach!!

If you're looking to stay on the beach, this is it! Ground level unit facing the beach. Clean, nicely updated, bigger unit than we expected. There are stairs, however, up to the bedroom which is where the front door is, leading out to the center courtyard. Kind of an odd floorplan but we didn't mind it at all. You can easily sleep 4, with two full bathrooms. Kitchen is good size, basics are stocked, there are two BBQ's in the courtyard with patio furniture if you want to grill. We ate out most all of our meals, lots of fun restaurants within walking distance. It was just so nice to not have to pack up and drive to a beach since the area is very crowded in the summer. The only negative thing I would say is the parking garage has a very low ceiling so trucks and SUV's have to park on the street, but we always found a spot.
