Home was exactly as described. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. A few beach accessories for guests to use at he beach would be a nice touch. A few chairs, buckets or sandcastle stuff would be a great addition.

Cute house

The house is really cute and set up for a family with children. It would have been nice to have beach chairs provided but it wasn't a deal breaker. The neighborhood is quiet and it is 2 blocks from the ocean. It is a short stroll to the boardwalk. I would stay here again.

Didn't let a few ants ruin our picnic.

Had a great time saying in Seaside for the week. House was in prime location. Only complaint is that we had an infestation of ants that took over all the dry food that we had brought and worked their way up into the upstairs bathroom and we had to live with them the entire time. Staff provided sprayer bottles with alcohol in them to keep them at Bay however it did not get rid of the problem and found ants in all of our food so had to cram as much as possible in fridge.

Really, Really Nice Except...

This home is in great in so many ways; Close to the beach, Easy walk or drive to Broadway, Nice outdoor area, For an older house it's in great condition and looks like it has been refurbished recently, Plenty of household items such as dishes, utensils, towels, etc. for our group of nine. Everything about this house we were very happy with except the bed my wife and I slept in. (The room with only a queen bed.) The mattress was really saggy and the frame or springs were really squeaky. Our 18 year-old slept on the bottom bunk bed and had the same complaint. My wife summed up perfectly what I was thinking, "I loved everything about the home but if we can't get a good night's sleep I wouldn't stay there again."

House was beautiful and it was an easy access to the beach. However, there was some miscommunication on my end. There were 8 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 pre teen & infant. So in total there were 13 of us, however after I booked the house and paid for it, I forgot to add the pre-teen and my infant to the email asking how many of us it would be (once again my fault) so originally I had only the 8 adults and 2 toddlers listed. One morning I received a message from the realtor stating there were too many of us and for us to fix the “issue” because max capacity was only 9 people allowed and was asked to have the “extra people” leave. We had split the final total within all adults, so there was absolutely no way I was going to have someone leave for my mistake. We drove over 4 hours to get there

Beautiful property

I loved this house and property, I was able to pretend it was mine for a few minutes. Three large bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom, plenty of beds to accommodate three families. Great fan network to keep the house comfortable. Lovely big family room and dining room, and we ate outside most of the time. Fixed several meals in the smallish kitchen, but it all worked great. Bathroom downstairs was a perfect extra bath and the mudroom/laundry room was easy for us to roll our cart in from the beach. The huge yard was so well kept, which is unusual for a rental. Lots of extras that were so thoughtful. We didn't even get to use the front porch, next time LOL. Thanks for sharing this gem with us!

Lovely home!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house! It was nice for the kids to have space to play inside when the weather was being difficult! So nice to have a mudroom with washer and dryer to clean up the kids before they stepped foot inside. Loved the sunroom and all the little details! The fireplace was toasty and warm. The stove we found out didn't work super well, but with in 30 mins of my message the manager was out trying to fix, she brought us a hotplate and even gave us a little food money! She was so thoughtful it really made a difference!!! Highly recommend! We would love to stay here again!

Needs to be cleaned better

Couch was extremely dirty. Vents are covered in thick dust and blinds were covered in grease and dust. Hair is the shower, gross. House is cute and in a great location, but ruined by how dirty things were.

The sofa is a leather sofa and upon inspection not found to be dirty at all but does have variances in the dye. All of the blinds in the home were brand new and installed just a week before your stay as the home was recently remodeled and the blinds were all replaced. If there was hair in the shower, all you needed to do is call us and we would have rushed someone over immediately. We provide a 24 hour phone number that goes directly to the property manager and any phone calls made to her are answered as soon as possible. She is also available 24/7. We apologize for any inconvenience.
